I’m a landlord/property manager of my own residential rental properties. I’ve been using the Housters property management app for many years! If you’re looking for an user friendly app to help manage your rental properties this is it.

The software and app are the greatest thing since sliced bread. It’s the only thing I use for my business to keep track of literally everything….. I randomly clicked on it when I started my business and it’s the only thing that I use six years later

I tried every single landlord app out there and I’ve been adding all My info and playing around with this one for the past few days and so far it’s pretty detailed. The most user friendly and intuitive one I’ve tried. I definitely like the internet version. Makes it easier to enter all your start up info.

This app is like the sportster of property management apps. It has absolutely everything I need and nothing else. This is reflecting their standout pricing too!
I’ve also never had an app with such responsive customer service. Replies in hours not days, and they go out of their way to be fair to long-time, loyal customers.

Good software
I have used Housters for several years now and have been pleased. Especially on how responsive the company is if you have a question or issue. They always come through with an answer. There are something’s they could improve regarding the tenant notification, but for the affordability of this product I have no complaint.

Intuitive App
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now to manage my 16 units and numerous tenants. The latest update is excellent and has added some intuitive features. Having tried tracking my real estate holdings myself for numerous years, I’m grateful this system exists.

3 months in & I’m getting the hang of it.
So far I’m loving the App I downloaded a week ago when I received my first property to manage. I just entered all work I had to pay for and figuring out how to do stuff. Today was the first day I am actually able to use. I used a different system at a property management company I use to work at and this one is very similar for 90% off the price of the other system. It’s taking some getting use to and I am still needing to find out how to do mark ups and bill pay fees and late fees don’t go to owners I get them as the manager so I think I have to invoice them for these. Still working on figuring it out but I’m loving it so far. I’ve been using for 3 months but only managing 2 properties one being mine but getting more soon. I’ll continuing using and going to pay for the subscription.
