What’s New in This Update: AI Notes from Video * AI Assisted Notes can now analyse inspection videos as well as photos, so walkthrough footage can feed into your area and sub-area notes. More Accurate AI Notes * AI note generation is clearer and more reliable — less duplication, fewer assumptions when nothing is in the photo, and notes that stay with the right section. Per-area runs are also faster, and callout summaries now run only on a full-inspection pass. Clearer Delete Confirmations * When deleting an inspection area or sub-area, the confirmation now names what you are about to remove, so it is harder to delete the wrong item by mistake. 360° Camera Support (Beta) * Capture and review 360° photos in PIM, including support for the Insta360 X6. Ideal for covering whole rooms quickly while still generating clear area and sub-area notes.

Great program

Great app! Have been using since 2016 without any issues. Only slight downside is the photos need to be higher res but that is something Phil and the team are working on. Service and support is absolutely great.

Great choice.

I’ve used PIM for four years now. It is simple to use, and presents a high quality product which landlords and tenants both like, and understand.
However, what makes it special for me is the technical support. Despite being on the opposite side of the globe I have never experienced any kind of problem. Messages are answered as quickly as possible, and changes/updates to provide my bespoke requirements are implemented speedily.

PIM - The Time Saver

Having used paper for so long I found this app a breath of fresh air.

PIM - What a time saver!

Initial setup takes a bit of thought, but now I have all the inspection areas and property profiles that take me swiftly through each inspection.

The PCR entry/exit repeat process is seamless and copies over all your notes ready for quick edits and new photo.

The reports are professional, up to date and can be customised to my requirements.

Support is always on hand too if I get myself in a pickle!
