A life changer!
I’ve tried several inspection apps over the years which is a time consuming project to set up each time. I’ve had high hopes but not one of the apps met all of my needs the way this one has. I travel out of the country for inspections and have struggled with poor wifi situations throughout my lengthy inspections which caused a lot of wheel spinning and down time (SO frustrating). I have not experienced this issue even once with myInspections. So far I have done 4 hotel inspections and been very pleased. Thank you!

Perfect for STR & MTR inspections
Been doing inspections for 4 years with clients using all kinds of other inspection apps and this is by far the quickest to learn, quickest to use, and gives the best look and layout of the reports to clients. Perfect for doing quick short-term Airbnb inspections and easy enough that I’ve taught the cleaners how to use it.

Use for 50 single family homes
If you have dozens of properties use this app.
Get the 25/ month version. It will allow you to make all sorts of checklists. You can have 50 properties, select a property and the checklist or checklists fall under a “template”.
I use
1) general liability outdoors
2) general liability indoors
3) hvac
4) electric
5) roof
6) fire safety
Your properties will be organized and you will operate at a higher mode. Don’t need iPad. iPhone will work fine.

Great Tool
Excellent set up, easy to use, great tool. I recommend it to all self managing landlord.

So far, so good. There are some improvements I can think of but overall it works well.
One thing I find is that the photos taken in the app are stored on my iPhone which I don’t want.
Also, having to go to the web pages and out of the app (although it works ok) feels a bit disjointed. Staying in the app would feel better
