Poor interface and poor user experience
User experience of previous app was 100% better than this one.
CRAP APP - NEEDS A TOTAL REBUILD

App does not work
Worst app. Use click fix instead, very easy to use.
Broken app
This is the worst app I have ever used. It does not work; you spend 15 minutes trying to decide what it's telling you then get some garbled meaningless message that says "send failed". The City of Houston should be extremely embarrassed by this app. It's a reflection of how technically backwards the municipal government is. Please everyone, elect more tech-savvy leaders to office.

311 app worst ever !
This is the most unfriendly app to report issues to 311!! It takes forever to report an issue and unable to submit pics either.
The old app took seconds to report issues, the new one you need a PhD to report one single issue.
THE WORST!
If the COH wanted a way to discourage citizens from reporting issues, this is the app for it!!

Whoever implemented this app should be fired
Cumbersome, laborious, cannot attach a photo most times. Makes it next to impossible to report anything. A study in bureaucratic incompetence at its finest
Is this to get out of work?
You cant get anything reported.
Its always bringing you to another screen and then if you do make it. It doesnt show up on the map as reported issue. Bring back click fix. Or resdesign this so people can report the issues. This is terrible.

Houston 311 Customer Portal
Lousy web site. Much worse than before. Not customer friendly in the least. Not worthy of one star!
Way worse than SeeClickFix
The prior app was not ideal but it was waaaaaay more user friendly than this. This feels like a sloppy PowerBI app.
Wow, just wow
As a Houston taxpayer who has been using the 311 app through all of its versions, I am at a loss for words as to why the COH would release this garbage. It is unusable. I hate to think that the COH is purposely making it hard to report issues due to staffing problems, but what else could explain how COH officials could release such a horrible app to the citizens it serves. Shame on all of you.

Complete garbage
This app is an embarrassment to the city of Houston. Complete trash.
Have some pride in your work, developers.

Terrible
The city just made it difficult for people to utilize 311 through an app. It’s garbage and you can tell there was zero UX considered. A chat bot? Really? Bring back SeeClickFix instead of this cheap knock-off.
I hope improvements are coming
Like another reviewer said, this is way less user friendly than the SeeClickFix app. It was so bad I decided to use the web site instead, but that was just as bad. There were so many steps and then when you’re done, it tells you you’re not done and still have to submit the request. So then you’re redirected to another page where you have to finish. In my case, I was trying to submit a request for a location on a trail in a park, and it wanted a specific street address, which doesn’t exist. So I just entered something to enter it.
The new 311 submission system was not designed for users. It’s really bad.

Way less user friendly than the last app
The last app was so user friendly compared to this version. The most important functions I’d like to see come back:
The ability to look at a map and pinpoint the location I’m trying to report, and
The current location feature so I can easily report as soon as I come across an issue
