How to use?

I noticed while trying to fill out my information and see if I can get an appointment and order food, it always says it’s an error even though I have excellent signal on my phone. I noticed that when I click on the apple icon for Programs the whole page of words is displayed backwards. No matter what I’m just being redirected to something else. Not really helpful.
