Terrible
Not able to “migrate” my points, I receive an error message about my phone number. I tried to reset my password to see if that would help, but I never received an email with reset instructions. My in-store experience was as terrible as my app experience. May be done with Marble Slabs for good.
Useless
This app is useless. The times I’ve tried to redeem points in stores the app won’t work. Can’t even place an order online either. When I click checkout it takes me back to the order menu. Worst app ever!
Unsatisfied
I am a current rewards member attempting to login to the app and I have gone through the entire process (which was confusing and time consuming) just to get this error message, “phone has already been taken”. Yes, it’s already been taken because I’m a current member….
“Online ordering not available”
What’s the point of having an app if it is literally unusable?!? Online ordering is unavailable. My rewards points can’t be used on the app- I must “show them to a cashier.” Why the heck does the app even exist if you can’t use it for anything. And then, your rewards expire because you can’t use them. Don’t waste your time hitting the download button.
