Terrible
Not able to “migrate” my points, I receive an error message about my phone number. I tried to reset my password to see if that would help, but I never received an email with reset instructions. My in-store experience was as terrible as my app experience. May be done with Marble Slabs for good.
Useless
This app is useless. The times I’ve tried to redeem points in stores the app won’t work. Can’t even place an order online either. When I click checkout it takes me back to the order menu. Worst app ever!
Unsatisfied
I am a current rewards member attempting to login to the app and I have gone through the entire process (which was confusing and time consuming) just to get this error message, “phone has already been taken”. Yes, it’s already been taken because I’m a current member….
“Online ordering not available”
What’s the point of having an app if it is literally unusable?!? Online ordering is unavailable. My rewards points can’t be used on the app- I must “show them to a cashier.” Why the heck does the app even exist if you can’t use it for anything. And then, your rewards expire because you can’t use them. Don’t waste your time hitting the download button.

No place to enter receipts
Uh, where am I supposed to scan my receipt or enter the code to get points? And why doesn’t my location show up as a valid blue cone?
App never allows you to place orders
The website works but whenever you use the app, it always says “something went wrong. Contact store”
Worst app
This app doesn’t allow you the option to scan receipts even though it says you can and the receipt says you can scan it. There’s also no option to enter in the reward code or the bar code to get the points. This is the worst loyalty app I’ve ever used. Totally defies reason.
Useless
This app is completely useless. I tried ordering with it and the price’s doesn’t come out. It shows everything at $0.00 so of course it doesn’t let me check out. I deleted the app.

App isn’t working
I downloaded the app and it lets me get to the title page then the screen goes white. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times but it never works. I guess it’s a bug within the software and you all need to fix it
Can’t Even Use It
I tried to sign up, and when I’m promoted to enter my information it keeps telling me “Verify Your Details”. I double-checked everything and it was correct. But can’t even get past that screen. Deleted in less than 5 minutes.

I love everything about this app and place!! Totally recommend their ice cream so good! Good service too!
Super disappointing
What’s the point of having an account and accumulating rewards— when the cashier can never seem to “access them” when I’m in store?? Instead, they expire, I never get my rewards, & nobody replies to emails the employee tells you to send because he can’t redeem your rewards and “the best I can tell you is to find the email on the app and email them *shrug*”

Reward
I enjoy the rewards! Especially for my birthday. The only con was the reward earned for referring a friend. The reward was cut in half.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The app won’t even load.
Wrong pricing on items
I made my order and than when I went to pick it up they said the app had the wrong prices and I had to pay over double what the app had quoted. I made a complaint through email and they never got back to me. Complete rip off. I would recommend Baskin Robbins instead of this company.
refreshes randomly
soooo frustrating!!! keeps glitching whenever i try to order and completely erasing everything .. do you want my business or not?? Ugh spend some corporate money and update this wreck of a system
Way too many notifications
Every day I get more notifications than all of my other apps combined. I kid you not, this morning I got a notification that said something to the effect of “hey just making sure you haven’t forgotten us!” I do not interact with this app a lot, only when I go for ice cream. I do not need 27 notifications in 3 days. Very clingy.

I couldn’t move my deals or coupons from my old account even though it asked me for my info! “Email taken” well yeah !
