Difficult to navigate

As many reviewers added, the new update is harder to grasp. The overall design has everything in a new place. Also it seems that I am unable to search for specific products prior to my in-store visit. Where as before I had the option to do so.

Horrible Update

Ever since the new update the app is 10x worse

Great experience

The app is refreshing, easy to navigate with tons of digital coupons and savings.

Terrible App Now

This week’s free Ozarka water deal doesn’t show up in the coupons, and I cannot see any way to search for coupons by product name or brand like I could before.
I am very disappointed with this new App. 12/28/24

Update is terrible

After the app updated to the new version. The app doesn’t work when it comes to opening my app card to scan at checkout in store.

Some of the things need to have more

Variety of and add some new things to the store like some of the other store Big mommy

Add items available

Please include a way to see if you sell a certain item. That would be so helpful unless it’s there and I’m not seeing it. I love your. Store but would love this feature.

Timely use brings great savings!

The above title and statement is true!
However you have to remember to get your Foodtown app up and running on your phone to have them scan your membership card( in your app) every time. I and my husband sometimes forget to bring out the app and that makes it take longer to get the $5 credit ( every $400 you spend , I think).

Not very useful

This app frustrates me because I can’t use it to locate products in the store or check prices on items, the search function only returns results if there’s a coupon attached to the item I searched for. What’s the point of making an app that only handles coupons? I don’t get it.

No app

Can’t get an app vey difficult to get anything!!!

app not usable

cannot use. after downloading app and clicking on terms and conditions, unable to find button to accept terms to start using app.

Good app

Thankful for the app and weekly ads.
The only complaint would be that it doesn’t load into the apple wallet.

Horrible app

Poorly designed. For Christ’s sake, find someone who is a real app developer, like years in the app development game. Can’t search a product for it’s availability, it’ll show up as not food. Can’t build a grocery list. Just jacked up. Horrible interface also. Needs to be revamped. Completely.
