Needs a rework
Rockets fan here. This app feels 20 years old. Zero attention to detail. Low effort. ESPN Rockets page is 10x better
Logo change
Love the Rockets… Absolutely HATE the logo because it has nothing which says “HOUSTON”, “ROCKETS” or the fact that the team plays in a basketball association/league
Why do I have to sign in every 5 seconds
Just downloaded the app and it’s forcing you to create a passkey or you cannot check your purchase
Log in issues
I continue to try logging in and it’s telling me incorrect email address or password. I utilize my work phone because I know I am entering the correct credentials, then it works. Can’t figure out the issue.

I can’t open my account and I have tickets chayabbe concerts
Didn’t work

I love it all by myself so I can just make the team so I can do I can do it
Good bye NBA
Watched my last NBA game. God comes before entertainment.
The Rockets never Quit !
They are Winners!
Bad
Doesn’t give me the option to change my number
The AXS ticket transfer process is not intuitive
There has to be a better way to transfer a ticket
Review
Go rockets 🚀
Poor customer support
I have been trying to get support for tickets that were transferred to me but don’t show up in my app. The chat bot told me it would be 10 min. That was 2 hours ago. I called the box office but no one answered and I left a message. This experience has been terrible.
Tickets?!!!!
No update on tickets and when they may arrive! Been waiting almost a month and it said they were transferred that long ago from axs! Not cool
H-Town
I love this app. It’s insightful, interactive and simply 🔥
AXS is the worst app ever I've had nothing but issues. 24 hours and I still can't accept my transfe
Sucks
Parking Fees Excessive
please put limits on parking fees
Tickets
You can’t get 3rd party tickets to go through. Stop steeling from people and letting these companies scam us.
