Why do I have to sign in every 5 seconds

Poor customer support
I have been trying to get support for tickets that were transferred to me but don’t show up in my app. The chat bot told me it would be 10 min. That was 2 hours ago. I called the box office but no one answered and I left a message. This experience has been terrible.

No update on tickets and when they may arrive! Been waiting almost a month and it said they were transferred that long ago from axs! Not cool
