Not many places are as good as following up after the sale! I’ve gotten multiple phone calls just to make sure things are going well, and seems like they genuinely care. I would recommend A+. Best way to sell a home!
Sold our home within 3 weeks, went under contract by the end of the first week. I will never go back to the traditional realtor experience when selling a property. I am completely sold on the discount broker way, as long as it’s Houzeo. For a drastically reduced rate, we were able to show our home ourselves, but rely on a living, breathing realtor for advice and counsel and taking care of legal paper work. The realtor assigned to us by Houzeo was a local with over 25 years experience; he decoded the jargon, and saw through the buyers’ agent’s tactics and gave us a heads up - wow, what a “secret weapon” for the by-owner!!
