Best way to sell a home!
Sold our home within 3 weeks, went under contract by the end of the first week. I will never go back to the traditional realtor experience when selling a property. I am completely sold on the discount broker way, as long as it’s Houzeo. For a drastically reduced rate, we were able to show our home ourselves, but rely on a living, breathing realtor for advice and counsel and taking care of legal paper work. The realtor assigned to us by Houzeo was a local with over 25 years experience; he decoded the jargon, and saw through the buyers’ agent’s tactics and gave us a heads up - wow, what a “secret weapon” for the by-owner!!
