Do not buy bike! Zero stars
Bike broke down in the first 2 weeks and they won’t replace/refund. They want to send me
parts to fix it myself. After only using not even 5 times chain falls out every time it’s being used. The breaks have changed drastically from the first use and it makes a horrible screeching noise. I use it with my children and this is NOT safe. App does not work like how everyone has mentioned. So false advertisement saying bike can go to 28 MPH. Please do not buy their products.

What are the chances?
Purchase the bike for my grandson Bike number one lasted four days, 107 miles He went over by 7 miles and they refused to refund my money. Option number two was to get a second bike lasted two hours. What are the chances?

The program is not working
The program is banned in America... You will not be able to activate the speed in the degree because of that... So you will lose your money, do not buy
Terrible app bike is stuck in class 3
I put my bike in class 3 mode and the app won’t let me switch it back to class 2. Real nice for a $1700 purchase. Please fix the app
The app doesn’t work
I couldn’t get the app to pair on Bluetooth, so they send instructions on how to manually get the computer to class 3, with max sped of 28MPH but it turns out you need the app to do that. I’m stuck with a lower maximum speed than was promised. This app needs to be fixed.
