I like that app but cant seem to figure out when the eb7 or retrovolt is compatible with the app
Thunder is working great.
Love the bike, but it would be nice if the company addressed the problem I had with the bike when I assembled it. The problem is when Jasion shipped the bike the bolts for the rack were screwed into the frame. The bolts were too tight and when I finally removed them from the frame one of the screw holes and the screw were stripped. This was caused by having the air gun tighten the screws too tight. I sent a request for suggestions or solution to fix the problem. I now have a large zip tie holding one side of the frame.

Can’t connect/pair
Tried many times but yet it still fails to connect even though the bike is on, and I am near it. I tried turning off and turning the bike on multiple times but it just won’t work. I still enjoy the bike.

I have a Jasion EB5 max and the bike is not even able to connect to the app.
Thunder Pro
For the money, Jasion’s Thunder Pro is proving to be worth the wait. (shipping mistake) I have had to make a few minor repairs/adjustments, simple and not deal breakers. I’ve only had the bike for 2 weeks but I feel confident in recommending Jasion e-bikes!
