I like that app but cant seem to figure out when the eb7 or retrovolt is compatible with the app
Thunder is working great.
Love the bike, but it would be nice if the company addressed the problem I had with the bike when I assembled it. The problem is when Jasion shipped the bike the bolts for the rack were screwed into the frame. The bolts were too tight and when I finally removed them from the frame one of the screw holes and the screw were stripped. This was caused by having the air gun tighten the screws too tight. I sent a request for suggestions or solution to fix the problem. I now have a large zip tie holding one side of the frame.

Can’t connect/pair
Tried many times but yet it still fails to connect even though the bike is on, and I am near it. I tried turning off and turning the bike on multiple times but it just won’t work. I still enjoy the bike.

Thunder Pro
For the money, Jasion’s Thunder Pro is proving to be worth the wait. (shipping mistake) I have had to make a few minor repairs/adjustments, simple and not deal breakers. I’ve only had the bike for 2 weeks but I feel confident in recommending Jasion e-bikes!

I have been trying to connect the app to my Jasion X Hunter Pro for a week and no success. I tried turning off my bike and turning it back on. I uninstalled the app and installed it again still nothing…..

Beware
If this app works, great. But I am among many customers who bought this brand and cannot get any customer service via phone, email or chat. This is useless if it fails to send a code needed when trying to register. The only responses received advises to send email to their customer service who fails to reply. Do not waste your time.

The Jasion Hunter Pro is the third e-bike I’ve owned and by far my favorite. When I was looking to purchase a new e-bike I wanted one a bit more convenient than my last . The Hunter Pro easily folds up
To a fairly compact size and fit easily into my Subaru crosstrek. The power output has impressed me as well
As the range. It is the first bike I’ve owned that can get me to and from work on a single charge and there are definitely some good size hills on my route. The app works well and so does the handlebar controller. I also like the style of the frame and it is super comfortable to ride. As a general plus, the headlamp is very bright as well. I would 10out of 10 recommend!!

I don’t see the Jasion eb7 in there I don’t like how it’s not in there that’s no fun but the app it’s self would probably be good I can’t use it because they don’t have the Jasion eb7 in there
