Its a bit laggy
Needs to be more faster on knowing the position of the elevator or giveing u a live count so that u can see where the elevator is at all times but good concept on this app

This app doesn’t have an emergency call button. If there is an accident on a higher level there is no direct communication to the operator to let them know about the emergency. The operator has no way of knowing if someone is hurt therefore they will not make it priority to get there. Unsafe!!!

Spam/ collects password
The day i downloaded it i started getting spam on my att phone, i entered my email and created a password and whenever i entered for a pick up, it showed my password on the operators phone instead of my user name

If you are responsible for hoist operations or deliveries on a job site, this app is for you. This app does away with the white board and ends delivery confusion. With this app your gate personnel knows what deliveries are coming in and what time they are scheduled. On a tight job site this app ends aggravations and smooths operations. Have used the Hoyst app for over a year now and very happy how much easier it has made my job site run.
