Perfect
Does exactly what it needs to and extremely fast. It’s so easy to use and saves so much time. By far my favorite way to transfer files from my phone to my laptop. And you don’t need to save the files you can just copy and paste to save memory. 10/10!!
It keeps freezing and I have to restart computer and phone
It’s so frustrating to upload a few things, one at a time otherwise it turns into a brick, and then eventually one of those things you try to upload also cause it to brick and nothing happens. So then I have to restart my phone and computer to be able to upload a handful of single pictures or videos, and then it bricks again.

Good but one issue
This works for me to transfer iPhone videos to my PC (not a Mac). However my biggest issue is having to delete the app and reinstall the app on my phone to remove the trails of footage that continue to take up all of my iPhone storage. Once I transfer the videos and clear the feed the files still eat up the space which cannot be removed unless the app is uninstalled. If there was an easier way to empty the app after using it, that would be a great solution.

The concept it’s cool but the app…
It’s a bugged out mess. The app crashes when trying to save videos to the device and now it’s started crashing when just trying to play the video. I got the app to be able to view my gameplay clips on my phone and share them, however that’s hard to do when the app hardly works properly.

I been having a lot of problems with this app.
I take pictures on my iPhone and when I try to download to my phone I keep getting it failed. If find more times it doesn’t work but when it works it’s great.

This is literally the best app i have used for the past couple of months, the photos and videos transfers within a minute. I love this app alottt. I hope this app gets more better in future.
Great App, but . . . .
This is a great app and I appreciate the new update with support for multiple devices connected to PC.
But, I still have some issues. The biggest is there does not appear to be a way to clear the App’s cache. When I look at my memory storage, this App can grow quite big in it’s consumption of memory. The only way I’ve found to clear it is to delete the App, and re-install. The setting to “Clear All Items from Feed” does not seem to do it.
I presume, once I’ve transferred the file, and now have it on both my phone and on my PC, I don’t need the intermediary app hanging onto the data.

Great app, But takes up MASSIVE storage
This is an awesome app. I love it, it works great most of the time and is easy to use. Can’t argue with that.
My only gripe is that after using it for a while, the app takes up a boatload of iphone storage with god knows what. It currently takes up 18gb with its documents on my phone with no option in the app to clear that data. The app itself is only like 57MB so no clue where that GB is coming from. Only way to fix it is reinstall the app after the storage goes way too high.

Very convenient
This app is quick and convenient for transferring pictures from my iphone to windows PC and PC to phone. The only problem is that if I haven’t used it for a while, it seems to stop being able to transfer. But when this happens, I simply disconnect and reconnect it.
Delivery and execution
I had a video from one of my motorbike rides and accidentally got it locked. No matter what I went through I couldn’t get it to share to anything else. Dropbox wouldn’t work, nothing would work. Finally I found this and it worked super fast and clean. You don’t get much better than this. I’ll be using it from now on to help upload my world travels. Thanks

Easy hp app
Pairing my iPhone to my laptop was easy. My first sms was good and now I can use my contacts to sms from my laptop and collaborate with files and photos.

I truly love this app!! It’s so easy to use and I love how I can send or do anything from my phone and laptop. It is great for working from home.
Pretty good
This app is pretty good and I was excited to find a way to transfer my pictures easily. Only things are, 1) the app doesn’t send videos very well, 2) it takes a very long time, 3) on my pc I have to go through and delete the pictures or transfer the pictures 1 at a time.
Love the app but…
This is a great concept and is wonderful when it works. A lot of times it won’t connect with my laptop and now the app on my phone crashes as soon as i open it making it unusable. I would love to know a fix for this as I used to use the app daily but now have to result in slower methods for file transfer

Love this app
I just started using it, I have not used it long but so far I have not had any problems. If I do I will update review.
Transferring data
I was very impressed on how easy it was to pair my pc and iOS together and how quickly it transferred the data. I would recommend or highly. Of course, HP never disappoints.
It’s good once you connect it to PC but…
It always takes me three or four times to pair my iPhone-13 with my HP PC computer. The app is pretty easy once I’m connected.
Done right
Sometimes a dev team just get it super right. This is one of those times.
Messenger
I am not happy with this app! I was able to download pictures but I cannot open messenger. All it does is says that it is connecting. I think that this is a waste of money. I have contacted the company but have not heard from them after two days. I want to enjoy the app but I cannot do that without someone contacting me. Please do that now!
