Can't find
No option for air print on the app
Same here with no printer found. I checked and double checked every possible way to connect from my phone. Also there is no option for air print.
Useless and pointless.
Going back to Brother printer. Where I can print from my phone without all this running about wasting time. Could have had multiple pages printed

App does NOT work!
Love the printer but this app is useless. Running IOS 17. Iβve removed and reinstalled this app to no avail. Even standing in front of the printer this app cannot find it. Garbage!!!
Admin Password reset
Thereβs no way to reset your administrator password if you forget it or have set one by mistake.

if this APP is not monitored AND MANAGED, it should be removed from the APP Store.
my iPhone and iPad cannot find and connect to my printer. This APP just spins in a long wait. Where is the Firmware Update? this APP cannot find that so it times out, not finding any printer.
