Can't find
No option for air print on the app
Same here with no printer found. I checked and double checked every possible way to connect from my phone. Also there is no option for air print.
Useless and pointless.
Going back to Brother printer. Where I can print from my phone without all this running about wasting time. Could have had multiple pages printed

App does NOT work!
Love the printer but this app is useless. Running IOS 17. I’ve removed and reinstalled this app to no avail. Even standing in front of the printer this app cannot find it. Garbage!!!
Admin Password reset
There’s no way to reset your administrator password if you forget it or have set one by mistake.

my iPhone and iPad cannot find and connect to my printer. This APP just spins in a long wait. Where is the Firmware Update? this APP cannot find that so it times out, not finding any printer.

Unreliable before. Now simply non functional in iOS 15.1. Why did I buy five of these printers?
The one and only thing it ever recommends is to restart your network.
NOTHING ELSE ON MY NETWORK IS SO CONSISTENTLY NOT-FOUND AS MY EPSON PRINTERS !!!

Awful
Only OCCASIONALLY works on an iPhone 12 Pro, rarely on iPad Gen 4 Pro both using latest 17.7 IOS.
No printer found
Thins app can not find my Epson printer! I have everything set up right in my settings according to support!

Don’t buy the Epson iPrint had nothing but trouble
If the power goes out the printer won’t connect to the iPrint. Everyone that needs to use the printer has to download the epson iPrint app. The app finds the printer and printer up address but still doesn’t print from my phone. ( prints from the computer ok)
The scan to email will only work on my gmail account and won’t send to my work account email. Scan to computer is abit hit and miss too. Says it is sent but doesn’t always show up in the download folder. The epson iPrint app says to connect using the wifi set up on the printer . But the setting on the printer are different to what it says in the app. I used the setup from printer ( from my phone app details on how to set up) still didn’t work. It can find the printer in settings in the App, but not when actually try and print it can’t find the printer.

Trying to connect to WF-2650 doesn’t work. Printer on WiFi, iPad on same WiFi, doesn’t find. Apparently this printer does not have AirPrint, so won’t connect.

Not working again
Since Apple introduced iOS 15 the app has failed to work. For some reason the Apple support like also has a failure, so cannot even report the failure to Epson or Apple leaving no option but to do it via a poor review 🤨

Thought with all advice programs that you will be able to fix find printer on Ipad & IPhone direct but still NOT working. You need to fix that

Just doesn’t work. But then, the real problem may be with Epson’s printer firmware.

Didn’t have high hopes as the printer itself is awful, but true to form this is a massive waste of time too.
Absolutely useless in IOS 14
This Epson App is nothing other than a time wasting distraction.It’s simply does not work. Following the guidelines in the help file to examine privacy and enabled Apps confirms the App is enabled. Toggling permission off and back on has no effect. The App does not find the printer. Per other reviews, this App does not do what it claims to do. Very poor service and App Epson!
