Love my sprocket panorama, it’s just missing some features in the design elements. It needs some more things added, UK holidays, frames etc would be good, London theme would be cool.
Also I’d like to be able to rotate pics when designing a placing, I don’t think you can do that currently.

App Crashed 4 times before I could print the first Picture
The app is not bad on phone, but on MacBook it is practically unusable so far
Stopped Working After Christmas
Stopped Working // After being a Christmas present for my kids and now not working for New Years Eve. Question whether I will even keep the sprocket. I am not comfortable with a device that requires an APP that just stops working with in 7 days of buying the device. HP needs to fix this. Other printers at least can be used without a proprietary app in a pinch this can not.

I have to keep updating before printing pictures. And it shuts off right away
Can’t print from outside the app
This was a big disappointment. I can’t use my Photobooth app with all my custom frames with the printer. It can only print from the app itself. Very disappointed. Hope I can still return the device.

Horrible product.
This printer is awful! Setup took forever and it refuses to allow me to use other Apps to print. It won’t let me print from my iPhone either only the HP app which is limiting! I’m returning this!
Options to consider
Overall it’s good for what I wanted to do with it.
Some areas for improvement for me would be:
1. When you add txt, have the input in the middle of the screen with a full white background as often it is black type on a dark background for the first few letters as it starts top left of the screen or give the user the option of where to have the inputting shown
2. Editing is a little slow on a small phone screen - consider a pc - mac version as unless you have a stand for an ipad it is weird going from landscape to portrait to look and save pictures . Or make a landscape view / option in the menus
3. The slider for setting the size is ok but you could add an actual size input, like a calculation pop up box, as sometimes when you release your finger it can jump up or down.
4. Consider having an option to save a preset template with the size you use the most frequent as an option so it opens on that size rather than keep defaulting to the 3” one every time you open it.
