idk if i’m using it wrong or something but the only way to upload photos to then edit is to pay ! such a joke, companies are so money hungry !!
Bad
First thing I did was select a template and click on add text, and the app crashes. Tried again but it does it every time. Updated the software and reinstalled the app but no improvement. The app interrupted me 4 times in the first 30 seconds of using it asking me to leave a review, so here it is.
I’m so gutted
No warning was given that the photos I had on the app were being deleted to maximise your profits.
I'm devastated as I have been using the app for over a decade. The pictures of my deceased family and children were on there.
I haven't saved them because I have always been able to trust that your app had them safely. I can see you have decided to clear the old system that I was using to introduce a weekly monthly yearly payment subscription.
There should be have been a warning to to old system users. I'm absolutely gutted!
