Great building app
My building uses this app to help associates navigate the building and understand nearby places to eat as well as things to do.
Please fix the parking function. It is terrible.
Repeating what others have said. The parking app is the most user-friendly app I’ve ever had to try to use to park. Security features are way out of whack. Multiple trees of passwords, having to download a screenshot of the QR code. It’s just incredibly bad I’ve stopped in the building because of it.

Revised App logo, but same issues….
Good luck as you desperately try to check the box that you’re not a robot, fill out your email address, remember your password, send and grab an email code sent to your address…all within 60 seconds…just to re-login since the app can’t remember you day after day…. This app has more ‘security’ features than your bank it seems…. but without face recognition etc. have fun!

Perpetual loading screen at login
Times out after inputting login credentials. Perpetual white loading screen. Doesn’t work on wifi or cellular. Doesn’t work deleting and reinstalling.
Nice to have, but clumsy parking
Nice to have the app…but parking was a real pain to setup. Even after a few months of using the app, the app will not remember my login even with ‘remember me’ selected, so I have to login daily. Additionally there’s a recaptcha to be completed daily (is this really that high of a security risk?) and for whatever reason the app doesn’t recognize and has me selecting pictures of buses and bikes…daily. Just need my parking pass for the day….

Great in theory
Overall nice concept for an app, but the parking portion (probably the most important part) is VERY glitchy - not intuitive (UI), confusing to setup an account, doesn’t retain info well, easy to get double-charged, etc. Core functions of apps should be well vetted and mostly bug free, in my opinion. This app is unfortunately far from this for this critical function.

Just a bad app
Consistently does not function correctly and even when it does work it offers very little.
Terrible, time-consuming
Every day when I go to purchase parking, I have to go through about 14 steps to buy it - select the date, select the product, type in the code, then log in (the name of the app does not at all match the name that the login is saved under). No face id login, so every day, I have to go my passwords, type in the non-matching name of the app, face id the password, then go back to the app. Every day, I have to select my vehicle and payment method (no default selection), then it takes me through 2 captchas that I have to pass, even though I used the app the day before and the day before that. THEN I have to download my parking permit. I have never used such a cumbersome, time-consuming app for such a simple purpose every day. I can’t understand any of the positive reviews.

Terrible!
This app is awful. Particularly the parking feature. It has three frustrating flaws. First, it should have a feature where it remembers your user name and password or uses FaceID. Second, you have to pass like 6 tests to prove you’re not a robot. Why? What bots are buying parking spaces? Either make this easier or get rid of it. Third, it is difficult to find the parking QR code on the app, which forces me to take a screenshot of it every day. Pretty inefficient.

Can’t reset pw
The keyboard on the iPhone blocks the input for the new pw when trying to reset. App unusable if you can’t login.
So easy!
This app has made my day to day significantly easier. Getting back to the office ASAP!
Doesn’t support password managers
This app doesn’t let you paste a generated password at sign-up time.

Seems like a no brainer, but can’t believe how many buildings I’ve worked in don’t have this. Big fan of actually being able to order coffee and lunch right from the app.

My building started using this app recently and I am so glad they did. It is a great way to stay connected with what is going on in your office building.
Unusable
I was very concerned when the building management company required us to use this app for signing up for events in the office park. It seems that concern was justified. I attempted to sign up with four different size passwords. Each time the application crashed.
