Great
Passed my exam on the first try with this as my primary study aid. Did 99% of my studying with this only and then a week before the exam I tested myself with one of HRCI’s official practice exams. Keep in mind I actively work in HR on a daily basis with a few years of experience so this was sufficient.

Horrible
This app has been completely unavailable a few times in the past couple of weeks. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, and then I couldn’t restore it for days. My exam is in two days and I’m getting the error again. And I PAID for this.
Doesn’t cover material in the course
I’m taking the HRCI SPHR. The material in this app is not aligned with that is covered in the course.
Limited helpfulness
I just passed the PHR and this is one of the tools that I used and while it was helpful in some ways, there are a ton of answers that lack explanations and even some of the ones that I got right would have been nice to see explanations especially since some of them were just educated guesses. Also there are a ton of spelling and grammar mistakes making it abundantly obvious that this was not written by a native English speaker. When native English speakers are using it to study, it needs to be written fluently. also, I paid for three months of the full version and don't need the rest of my time but that's fine as I wanted to make absolutely sure I was covered, but I do not see a way to verify that the subscription will not renew at the end of the period. I do not see an easy way to contact the developer either. If I am charged again for this app, then I will update my review to two stars, so hopefully they have it set correctly so that it will not automatically reset as I no longer need it.

Needs improvement
I feel like this app never wants you to get a 100%. I just took a 20 question quiz and reviewed my answers. Some indicated that I chose the wrong answer when I chose the correct one. Another time, I answered a question I originally got wrong with the corrected answer and it STILL said I missed the question.
