Horrible App
I don’t know what’s worse the fact I have to authenticate every single time I log in or the fact it will randomly just stop working and load errors. Slow and frustrating app

Crashing constantly
They added the card controls to the main app, now when I go to check why a charge has been declined my app crashes, making impossible to see why it declined.

Love this app! Has everything I need and more! I love the card management peace and tells me when my cards are being used! No issues!
App keeps getting worse
Initially when they did the upgrade on the app, it ran smoothly and no issues. Now I’m lucky if it takes 5min to load even an Account Balance without it failing to load. It takes so long for it to load and process anything and keeps requiring FaceID after even a few seconds in between different functions, like if I go to Message Center and then back to my account, and the cycle of loading start all over again. Honestly, HRCU needs to get their stuff together (web app isn’t much better) and get this fixed because I won’t stay if banking is going to be this incredibly difficult - even after being a member for years. I can tell you it’s not my phone because this experience is consistent across all of my devices. Even my new iPhone that has no trouble with ANY other app.
Honestly, fair assessment: if you do a lot of online banking, find another bank to do business with because this experience will leave you with a sour taste in your mouth.

Why does it make me authenticate when I have remembered my device very annoying
Missing the old app..
The old app was so much easier to navigate and didn’t require signing back in every time. Seems a bit much especially when you have facial recognition enabled.
Not good if you have multiple accounts
Not good if you have multiple accounts or travel abroad.
Annoying
It never remembers my phone, and consistently requires a variety time consuming extra steps to login. It also has lots of annoying pop ups.
New update ROCKS!!!
Since this new update it runs better, easier to transfer money and even pay bills with the billpay. Much cleaner design as well. Went from a 2 star app to a 5 easily in my book.

HRCU new web site for iPad is ridiculous.
It's ridiculous to change a web page that works. I've seen bad sites, but this one is the worst. If you're on a trip and it costs $ to check account to be sure it hasn't been accessed, you better have plenty of cash to waist. The bank itself is fantastic! I'll be calling them.
