Notification badge doesn’t go away

Even if there is no new notification, the notification badge icon inside the app doesn’t go away and keeps reappearing even after clearing notification

Crashing Nearly for 5 months

I’m using HRone from 2024 Jan, but after Jan 2025 it started crashing at my iPhone 13. I tried to aware the developers about the crashing of app but, the portal don’t have any proper way to report any issues about the app. They released 3 updates after this issue, I tried every update but still the crashing exist.
