Brilliantly simple
I’ve been searching for an HRV app like this for a long time with no success. This is exactly what I was looking for. All I wanted to do was to use my Polar H10 heart rate strap to measure my HRV and HR while I am sleeping. I don’t want any pep talks or recovery scores or anything like that, just the data — average HR, average HRV, average RMSSD. This is perfect! Thank you so much to the developer for creating this app. I’m not able to contact the developer here but my question is, I assume the HRV metric shown above RMSSD is SDNN?

Raw RR interval export
This is the only app I have found that can export the RR interval data and can be imported to Kubios. I also like that I can run it for any length of time, but would be nice to set another time other than a minute.

iPhones don’t support email of results?
Very confusing. Can’t get detailed results emailed and can’t change length of time of analysis. Kind of useless. Disappointed ☹️

Basic
Works well, as a first HRV it’s ideal however it’s very basic, ideal for everyday use, not ideal for sports performance analysis.

Poor functionality
Looks nice but many problems. Has real issues connecting to hrm no matter what order I try to set it. If you try to access the control centre the menu buttons at the bottom distort and the panel won't come up. Needs many bug fixes so not worth the time to download
Cannot connect my Polar H7
I cannot connect my Polar H7 using iPhone 6 / iOS 8.4.
This is my first attempt, so I don’t know if it worked on older iOS.
I *can* connect my H7 to other apps, so it appears to be an issue with HRV+.
I hope the issue is resolved, as I would like to try this app.

Doesn’t Work With Polar HRMs
I have a Polar H7, which all my other heart rate apps seem to have no trouble with. This app can’t see it for some weird reason. The “info” says to “wet the sensors”. Well, I’m not rolling out of the rack to drop a bunch of cold water all over my chest, thanks. It’s a shame, the GUI is awesome but the product just doesn’t work.

Simple and easy to use
HRV+ Connected on the first try with my Jarv BT monitor. Get your music or podcast app running first, then start HRV and you can listen while you work out and monitor your heart rate.
A nice enhancement would be to plot an exercise session by the second.

Doesn't work with latest iOS Update
Won't connect to HR7 monitor.
Does not work with Polar H7 and iOS 8.0.2
Purchased the H7 after reviews stated it would work on iPhone. Does not recognize device. Please update.
It was good, but stopped working
Used it a lot, no complaints, but after getting iOS 8 it no longer connects to my polar h7. RunKeeper still connects to it though, so it's not a phone issue.

This easily picked up my Polar Bluetooth sensor and provided my HRV.
I didn't know what the info meant, ie is a higher or lower number better (higher). A little coaching or info would give it 5 stars. Thanks

It works
Clean interface, pairs quickly with my Polar H7. Doesn't hold your information hostage so you need a subscription to access it.

I use it with the polar H7 (I think) and it works great. Got to be thorough when wetting sensors. I like the basic controls and easy to read graph. Thanks bro!

Perfect tool for monitoring workout stress
I have tried a few of the HRV apps to help me evaluate my workouts. This works flawlessly and only requires a compatible BT Polar HR. It's simple to use with options to select time and export data. This is the app I like the best!
Much improved detection, does exactly what it says on the tin!
Also works brilliantly with the Mio Alpha, love the simplicity of the app too.
