Useless

The sign in process in the welcome email doesn’t work and if you email asking for assistance nobody responds. HSBC should be ashamed to promote this as a card “benefit”.

Can’t login and no support

One of the worst apps out there. You can’t create your account or login.
Eventually was able to create a login using the website but then unable to use those credentials to login to the app.
Tried multiple emails to the support email and no response.
Going by the reviews the app doesn’t really work not sure why hsbc will send an email to download an app they know doesn’t work!!!

When creating an account I have to provide my phone number to “personalise my experience”.

Entering the correct id and pass doesn’t even log you in. Reset password functionality is broken as well.

Some faults of this app

Something wrong of this app, I can register on the link of website that I’m HSBC’s email provide to me, but after I registered and try to login from the app site, some how it doesn’t work, I literally just registered not even a minute ago and also activated my account already but on app just doesn’t let me log in so how can I use it and enjoy the instant saving app I really don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️
