新版本有问题
总是卡住不能操作，点哪里都没反应。还有财富页面好多都还是英文很不方便。
转款困难
在银行内部转帐给家人，都连续几次遇到拦截。拦截算法太粗糙，缺乏记忆与判断能力，需要改进。

They refreshed the UI and forgot some basic functions like editing and removing a Paynow payee; you can only add and not remove or edit to verify details.

On top of that the app does not update the statement payment due despite the payment already done.
Maybe instead of doing fancy superficial changes, you should focus on updating the information whether the statement was paid or not !

迫切需要中文，为什么不出中文？美国汇丰都有中文！歧视？
App broken since last update
App has been broken and unable to see full account information without clicking through on each account since last update. This is also true on UK HSBC app so must be a worldwide coding error but needs fixing as impossible to see account balances or even which currency account you are looking at until clicking through each and every account.

As a loyal HSBC user, I really appreciate the features of this app. However, I’ve noticed that some versions of the app currently do not offer a Chinese language option. I would like to suggest adding Chinese (Simplified/Traditional) to all regional versions of the app. This would be incredibly helpful for the global Chinese community. Thank you!

Cannot update the version in App Store
Dont know why, this version app cannot be updated in App Store today, confuse me
Useless
The most frustrating bank to deal with and disconnected to customer journeys. Blocks payments incorrectly, despite regular recurring payers. Fraud alerts are false but then spend hours trying to speak to someone to unblock my accounts. I give up.
