Uygulama çok yavaş ve en kötüsü, yeni giriş yapmama rağmen “Giriş yaptığınız internet ağını değiştirdiniz” diyerek kapanıyor. Eski sürümleri de kullanmıştım ve böyle sorunlar yoktu. Ben UK aplikasyonunu kötü sanıyordum ama açık ara bu daha kötü. Bu şekilde nasıl kullanacağım internet şubesini bilmiyorum. 5 yıl önce birisi aynı yorumu yapmış.

Looks and works great, needs QR (trkarekod) capabilities
The app looks great, and functions well. I especially appreciate the wallpaper customization options, it’s a nice touch and the selected photos are all great. The one thing this app is lacking is QR (TRkarekod) capabilities. Not being able to use the app to withdraw money with QR when one is missing their debit card, not being able to transfer money to others by easily scanning their QR code, or even paying for goods with QR at this age is pretty unfortunate. It’s pretty widely accepted and used nowadays, and a major global bank like HSBC lacking this feature is unfortunate. The app finally has FAST bank transfer capabilities so I’m crossing my fingers on getting an update that supports QR codes.

I find the online banking system for hsbc hard to navigate compared to others. The changing frequency of passwords does not help.

Kullandığım onlarca banka uygulaması içinde en kötüsü, sürekli bağlantınız değişti tekrar giriş yapın diye mesaj alıyorum. Bunu güvenlik önlemi olarak yansıtmayın. Yurt dışında internetim biraz zayıf olunca asla kullanamadığım bir uygulama. Rezalet.

Fed up of all the so-called updates which usually end with me having to go to the bank for them to sort the app out.
