Can’t see models or hosts faces
I watch HSN/QVC streaming on Firestick. There is so much info on screen it’s blocking the clothing, models and hosts. Please clean this up. Make info blocks/banners smaller, move or delete. I’m tired of peeking around all this info to get a full look at the item being presented
Horrible App
After numerous attempts, including speaking with customer service, I am still not able to create an account through the app. Even the tech department was unsuccessful in helping me.

Continual shipping errors
Shipping is continually having issues and packages going to wrong state. Shipping info correct on account. Csr service unable to assist. Ready to cancel my account if not resolved.

Problems checking out, repeated tries. Emptied cart and teliaded multiple times. Same issue. No credit issues.
Returns
The returns and refund process are a nightmare . I am very very unhappy
Clean Boss
I have a granddaughter that pees the bed, Ihave tried everything to try to get the smell out. Finally, I saturated the mattress with alcohol, let it dry completely and sprayed Clean Boss disinfectant and cleaner on it, let it dry completely and wow, no more smells. Thank you Joy and HSN for bring natural products to clean that really works.

Charged shipping on a damaged return
I just returned two items. One was an item misrepresented and I got an email that I would be fully refunded. The other was also from Nakery that was shipped in a bag and as soon as I opened my mailbox I could smell it. It had leaked all through the bag so I sent it back just like I received it and you deducted the shipping label from my refund???!!!! Ridiculius. I am done with HSN.

Cancellation of an Autoship
I purchased an item on autoship and received notification that it was canceled. You know how many people purchased the autoship and you should have purchased enough to fulfill all the orders. I am very unhappy and disappointed that your company continues to provide shoddy service. Do better!😕
Siaoming Wong
For the love of God please help Miss Siaoming to stop saying “guys” and “right?” She speaks fast and every other word are those two words when she isn’t reading notes and is free styling. It’s awful! She’s great overall, but it’s very unprofessional to say “right?” and “guys” so much. It’s not a good look for a host. She comes off nervous and not knowing what to say when she uses those words-she’s better off just saying…ummmm, while she thinks of another word to use. I mute her it’s so annoying. Whoever’s in charge of what the hosts say need to please make her stop! It’s sooooo bad!

What’s going on? All my favorites are gone, along with my orders, including the most recent! I just received an email that my most recent orders shipped, but when I click on the tracking, it goes to the app where it shows,,,,nothing.

More petite models
Please have more petite models everyone’s 510 and above. Thank goodness you have some hostesses that are petite that you can get a judgment on the clothing but all the models are super tall and super super and it’s very hard for us. Petite average women to judge the clothing on, and please have a more petite sizes. I appreciate it for all those petite women out there and I don’t mean heavy said I mean just average normal petite sizes. Thank you.
