HSN App does not work for IPad
This app does not provide full functionality for IPad, but does redirect you to the HSN shopping site. Why have an app on IPad that doesn’t work completely? In comparison, the QVC App works wonderfully for IPad, and offers a better user experience.

Why does it take a month to get my tablet ?
I’m tracking my lab top it said it would be here 8th then all of a sudden from Phoenix,AZ it went to Goodyear,AZ
And it’s been held there till 8/11/26

No packing slip
I need to exchange my order for a smaller size and there was no packing slip in my order box whatsoever. So how am I supposed to return or exchange without the packing slip? No 800 number on the website to call to get help either.
Discount cod
I have a discount code but can not find where to enter the code. I am at the review order and no where to enter code???
Horrible
I purchased two NFL blankets with Philadelphia Eagles on it about 3 weeks ago to gift to a friend and my son only to open them today a couple of hours before I gave them as presents to find out they are both the WRONG TEAM! this is unacceptable and now I have to send them back to HSN and who knows when I will get the RIGHT ORDER. I’m beyond frustrated.

I love all of your fashion. There are a few vendors that I don’t really. Like as much as all the others, but I watched them anyways, and I also record record all your shows except for electronics keep up the good work HSN your sister station is not good. I wish you’d never join their group.

Poor communication
On the July Crafting Day I purchased 3 items from Stamps of Life and they were labeled on Extended delivery. 2 weeks later I received a poorly worded email indicating the orders were cancelled because they were sold out. (I ordered the second the appeared on air). Several days later I received another email indicating that due to a technical error my items were cancelled. HSN got this so wrong—poorly communicated. Still don’t know if they will send items or not.

Time to end HSN
No communication Don't receive items no explanation. Not the first time this has happened. Wait a month then get an email my credit card has been refunded??? Don't see that refund. Why, what happened? Can't find out because they refer you to check order status for details. But no order shows up!!!

I sent an item back & was charged 7.99 shipping then an additional 3.50 shipping.
I called about it & could barely understand the the agent. The 7.99 was a shock. I always thought it was 6.99 but the other charge is outrageous. It makes me nervous to purchase items in the future.

Why is order said to available all of sudden on waitlist. The order cancelled and put on the website again as been available. You guys did this to me on a particular Heidi Daus necklace.
