Will not provide you any information no how to videos online to show me if it’s me that’s doing it wrong. Doesn’t even show bus stops on the map so you can manually select them. This app is need of a revamp.

Really incredible to even offer this to the public for download when you cant even use it’s main feature!
Stupid system
This system is so bad and unorganized i’ve been waiting for my bus for 38 minutes and the app says arriving in 9 minutes, it’s been 9 minutes and the app still says that on the screen. If you’re going to make a bus app to get people to the places they need to be maybe start with getting new drivers and a new map that doesn’t take them the longest way possible to the starting point just a possible suggestion!

The app is useless you can’t get farther the more less opening the app click where to go and you get nothing
Poor user experience
Keeps getting stuck right after hitting "Where to?" On the step that says Rider Guide. Also not the shortest way to find the information. Way too complicated user journey. The Product Team should find 50% shorter path at minimum to make this work easily for every type of user. Wondering how did they end up getting a government contract.

Hard to believe that a programmer would not be able to understand from a USER’S perspective.once you say where you want to go,it should pop up with best pickup and drop off locations. As it is, you have to enter numerous possibilities only to be told there is no route. There’s a little blue perimeter in my town—does that mean the service is only within that region??! I could just as soon crawl there!

HSR My Ride (Not) On-Demand
I was initially really excited to participate in this transit pilot program. The concept sounds promising in theory but is a disaster in practice. 1) the “on-demand” feature is not in fact on demand, and how could it be. There are not enough buses servicing this route to perform like uber. Wait times can be up to 1h45m during busy times if you attempt to order a bus on demand. 2)Scheduling a bus in advance is difficult. The app does not let you see what bus routes have already been booked. Riders are left to enter in multiple requests in order to guess which time will work for their schedule. 3) Last minute schedule changes still occur and the rider is not notified. Twice this week alone I showed up at the bus stop only to realize that my bus arrival time had been pushed back causing me to miss my transfer and be late for work. 4) Planning transfers with Burlington transit or Go train stops is difficult. If the bus ran on a regular schedule it would be much easier to plan transfers. If I miss a bus on my commute home I miss the pick up time for my-ride scheduled trips and it could be over an hour before a new ride can be scheduled. Summary: As a frequent user of public transit for 10 years I don’t think this model for transit works, at the very least the app could be adapted to show a map what the scheduled routes are for a given time frame for users to toggle through so they can more easily schedule a ride that co-ordinates with what other users have already booked.

Go back to normal . This has to stop.
As a regular bus rider here in waterdow, I’ve never seen such an awful change. What went from a consistent schedule that worked fine and rides taking 7 minutes is now possibly waiting anywhere from 5-75 minutes for pickup and the rides taking between 7-30 minutes because your ride is all dependent on whether or not there other people on the bus, which is ironic. I was on a bus one time with someone who worked on the app (I assume) during the first week of this service and he was asked by another rider “do you see more people using this service now?” And he said “yes actually we see more and more people riding the bus now” and now after many constant months of this service being the most unreliable service ever.. I almost guarantee that man was lying to us. Do not recommend this app or service ever. Please for the love of everything holy, change this back to the normal schedules for everyone’s sake.

Terrible system
This changes the old bus system, making it an Uber system, it’s a ridiculous concept that makes people late for work and to personal events. If there’s a way to change it back to Normal. I hope there’s chance

Hsr my ride sucks
Holy where do I start this is one of the worst ways to use public transport who ever designed and came up with this idea needs to be fired now. When I arrived and called a bus it took over 30 minutes to arrive which is fine but I was picked up at the start of the route at aldershot go and it said my time of arrival to my destination was roughly 50 minutes which was unusual due to it usually being only 25-30 minutes tops. What I didn’t realize is this bus system is soo stupid that even though I’m the first person on the bus if the bus has other riders on the way and their stop is away from mine it prioritize’s their location first so 50 minutes became 60 and so on the more people got on. So this made me extremely late for work, this is unacceptable especially since my stop was blocks from where one of the turning points was and the bus proceeded to go the other direction for other people’s drop offs multiple times even though I was on waaay later then them. This system needs to be abolished and removed and the regular bus system needs to be put in place and while your at it fire anyone who thought this was a good idea because they are obviously smoking crack.

Absolutely terrible!
This new bus system such a downgrade from the reliable bus routes and schedules we had before! I've booked 3 busses and they've all been cancelled 10 minutes AFTER they were supposed to show up! Not to mention that for a 5 minute bus ride, the app says it will take an hour to get from the pickup to the drop off destination! I do NOT recommend using this app or the bus. At this point, I'd rather walk!
