Terrible

If I could give 0 stars I would. To login I need to scan a QR code on my phone screen with my phone camera. Not possible. I had to take a picture of my phone screen with someone else’s phone and then scan that.

Layout is garbage

When they changed the layout to no longer allow the grid view and made you have to go in to click 5 different filters just to see your cases in a list, this app officially became useless and cumbersome overnight. By the time I log in and go through all the filter selecting, I can do one case before it logs me out and I have to do it all over again.

Does not work

Google Authenticator does not work with my company log in and therefore the app does not work. No support or way to get help.

Used to work

The app continuously reverts back to the first day of the month. Today is the 10th and I would like to be able to look at the cases for tomorrow but I am unable. I have tried logging out and logging back in to no avail. Please help

The update is so much worse

Two different sets of screens to log in and it wont keep you logged in even after checking the box the “keep logged in”. It resets to no date selected after filtering so it has to be selected a second time and now it wont let me select a day. It flashes on a day almost two weeks ago and wont let me select a different day. Completely useless. Would like to give this app a zero.

Needs work to make it more stable

I’ve been using this app for over two years in our surgery center. When it works, it is a great tool to keep track of cases and patients as they make their way through admission, pre-op, OR, postop, and finally discharge. However, over the past two weeks the log on has changed, forcing me to log in through a web portal instead of just through the app. This takes more time and is inconvenient. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if the app didn’t crash all the time or log me out repeatedly throughout the day. But it does. In fact, I just logged in (for the fifth time today) and right after it logged me in, it immediately logged me back out. I hope that these bugs get worked out, it makes a very busy surgery day much harder to manage when the app is unstable.

Good app but needs physician search

Great tool but could use a much needed feature. I like to search for the day’s cases by a specific physician. If I filter under the physician option, the app populates the list of providers, but does not have a search option. That means I have to scroll through the extensive list to find the one provider I am looking for. It is a massive waste of time. Add it please.

Great app when you can log in. On average it will only log in 1 out every 10 times.

Hasn’t been working

I’ve been using the app for quite a while. Recently I’ve had trouble with it not working. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. You launch the app and get a blank screen. Sometimes if I kill the app and reopen it it will work.

Pretty good...if you can log in

Pretty good app, but half of the time the app won’t let you log in. Instead it just opens to a Home Screen with all the buttons greyed out.

So easy and convenient

Prior to having access to my Casetabs mobile app — I would always have to find a desktop somewhere to lookup my case or schedule information. With Casetabs mobile, this part of my job is now so much easier and more convenient. Everything I need is now at the tip of my finger. On top of it all, it’s so easy to use and navigate through!!!

Solid app, customer-focused platform

Overall, you can view the upcoming schedule, filter by physician, and message other users. When our electricity went down recently, it was a great tool to have. Whenever we have complaints about something specific, I will say their support has been excellent. They even take into account our ideas for future additions to the app. Truly a customer-centric company, and why we continue partnering with them!

Very easy to use .. but dealing with emergency surgery’s .. can’t change nor upload case threw Ipad nor app phone..

If you click into the case details, you should have the option to edit case information right at your fingertips. If you find you don’t have this capability, you should contact the administrator at the facility to change your privilege levels. Just needs one tweak

Being able to code cases from anywhere is very convenient. It just needs one tweak and that is to allow users to save a default view. I want to be able to enter my preference to see the cases sorted by or, date, and facility and not have to enter the same facility every log in. It should remember my preference if I want it to.

New still

Both good and frustrating! The good: can see electronic schedule from anywhere, finger print log in, remote access! Bad: can not change views, schedule is in block form and will not adjust to phone size. Needs a tad bit of tweaking, but better than nothing at all!

Surgery Scheduler

As a surgery scheduler of over 3 years, I have used dozens of scheduling software, electronic medical record systems and multiple other programs designed to simplify and improve the process of scheduling surgeries. However, using all these apps to accomplish one task creates inaccuracies, delays and inefficiencies in surgery scheduling. Casetabs is by far the most efficient software I have used to date. The goal with this application is to improve communication between providers and their clinical/administrative staff. Great communication in healthcare leads to better outcomes. Casetabs is HIPAA compliant and acts as a centralized hub of pertinent case information, updated in real-time, readily accessible by everyone on the care team. Now they have a mobile app! This program is amazing.
