Cannot sign in
Cannot sign into the app anymore even tho login still works on their site, rendered my scanner completely useless without being able to get into the app. Terrible practice by this company

Unable to sign and use app. Had a version previously that worked but this is a nightmare. Totally useless do not buy.

Like others, won’t connect the majority of the time. Didn’t have this persistent problem with this app on android.
Rarely connects to scanner
Will not connect to scanner 99 percent of the time.
They can lock you out
I have been using the Autel HT200 for three years now, but today after my phone paired with the HT200, it said the device is locked and couldn't be unlocked until a 'review' was finished.
No information as to why. No information as to how long this would take, No number to call, No e-mail to send to; they just decided that I can't use this tool that I bought.
That was not a happy exercise either. You pay for the hardware, then you pay for the specific modules you need at $30 a pop. This started out as a racket and now they are cinching the noose tighter.

Garbage app
Requires you to create an an account with personal information just to access how to use the product that you’ve already purchased. Then, requires you to scan the serial number using the camera, which does not work, and has no option for entering it manually. Regret buying this product since the website doesn’t even have a user’s manual.

Good data, TERRIBLE device
By the time the device actually connects via bluetooth, scans each system, then subsequently re-scans each time you click a specific system, I could’ve just taken my car to a mechanic
Not truly compatible
Instead of simply porting your iOS application to run on MacOS and iPadOS I would be much better to make native apps with proper screen usage. You already have tablet applications so the iPadOS wouldn't be very hard to build, and the MacOS simularly would be a simple matter of changing the screen ratio restraints.

Comes on and connects then nothing happens
I got it to connect and there’s no further options. I cranked my truck left it off a while turned the key back on left it on for a while tried to crank it again still nothing!! Go buy a cheap plug in scanner and don’t waste your money
Works great!!!
This has worked very well, I have used it to diagnose many issues with my 2006 Honda Pilot and other Honda vehicles. I have had a few issues connecting with Bluetooth but just unplug the OBD connector and reconnect until it syncs with my Bluetooth

Only shows Sienna through 2017
I bought the Toyota module for the app to access a 2022 Sienna, but the latest year the app shows is 2017! Worthless.
App log in no longer works…useless
Haven’t used in a couple of months. Cannot log in. Cannot reset password. Attempted new account through new email. Same result.

Just another product from another sleazy company.
Will not bind and allow the user to log in after successfully binding. Stuck at log-in screen. My background is in CyberSecurity Digital Forensics. This company is a joke and this product is a joke.
Won’t acknowledge Bluetooth
Used this thing twice. Thought, nice investment. Now the app won’t acknowledge the Bluetooth connection even though the pone says its connected. Tried the whole , turn phone on and off. Still no go.
Not a good investment.
Can only use once and that is it. After a month or so ít just doesn’t work. It will not even give the option to add other vehicles or anything.
Do anything?
Does it actually do anything? Like I can get it to connect but never anything more. Does it actually diagnose the car or just light up like the dash cluster?
