It’s only for the state of Colorado. They make you fill out/register with all your info and at the end it lets you “choose” your state, and the only option is Colorado.

New version crashes
This is a great app and I use it every day. However, after the recent update, if you select "detailed closing costs" the app crashes...every time. Please fix and it goes back up to 5 stars.
