Very glitchy product

The control console (the physical unit) needs to be rebooted every few days. The interface of the app is not very intuitive.

Well, this was a complete waste of time.

Ordered the HTD Lync 6 system.
Great deal.
The HTD Lync app, not so much.
Couldn’t even get to to work. Tried all the trick on the internet.
Ended up loading the Home Audio Control App.
I was done with the set up in 10 minutes.
Don’t waste your time with this Lync app.

Newest version doesn’t scroll

The rollback version doesn’t scroll so I can’t control all my devices. Please fix it.

Change of review

Our Lync 12 system, that has operated flawlessly since purchase, went down completely the Friday before the 4th of July when all of my devices took an auto update, which was released early by mistake by HTD. Huge thank you to Brian Wines and Scott Durbin for getting the old version back in the App Store and saving a big 4th of July celebration from not having music! Thanks you again and Happy 4th of July!

Version 1.31.0

Version update was pushed through to automatically update without notice. Lost all system, zone and source settings. Sonos 2 shortcut doesn’t work. Spacing inside is an issue. Cannot backup or restore. Lost system muting. The app badge icon is from the 90s. Why wasn’t anything tested prior to release?
