Love HTeaO, but can’t ever use the app or redeem my rewards
Unable to use redeemed rewards
Every time I try to apply my reward it says “Error - Something went wrong.” And you only have 30 days to use rewards or you presumably lose them so idk what we’re doing here but I’ll be back when you figure out the rewards program and if the points have expired by then well so will my loyalty. The environment we’re in people are looking for all the deals and discounts they can’t get and messing that up - you’re gambling with losing customers.
Edit: it goes between letting you apply it and saying the reward is not valid and the error message disclosed. Either way the rewards program apparently isn’t ready for prime time and yall have some issues to figure out so I’ll get tea elsewhere and best of luck to yall. App deleted.

Fix reward issues
Every single time I try and use rewards it says Error something went wrong. Love app and company but this needs to be fixed asap. One star until fixed and I’ll change it immediately

I love the tea!!! The app is ridiculous!! I used the old one, but I have no idea where to go to enter purchases bought! So I hand my phone and ask if they will put it on!! Why can’t I do it like we used to do? This is really silly!

Issues logging in
I’ve had this app for a while because I love h tea o but I’ve never been able to log into it. I have never used it but I know this is my account because I can log in on the website. Every time I put in my password it says “something went wrong on our end”. This has been happening for months. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it. So frustrating!

The app regularly says error when I try to use my rewards.

The app was great until everything was transferred to a new phone I’ve tried so many times to log in I can’t remember my password I’ve tried resetting it probably a hundred times and I never get the email I have went to the website and tried doing it that ways there is just no other way I can log in I need help

Hate this app
Strike 1)although theme use your phone number to “add” points, those points only arrive some of the time and when you ask about it they ask for the receipt. The problem, they don’t give a receipt unless you specifically ask and, since they have already taken your number, who needs the receipt
2) when you try to use 2 rewards during. The same visit, they take the points for both but don’t let you redeem both. They just show the second as “redeemed” but have it available to use on another visit within 1 month.
3)when you have a reward with an expiration date, it really expires the day before or at 12:01am on the date listed. Today, at 7:40am, I tried to redeem a birthday gallon with an exp date of 4/17 but it was already expired. I left and drove to 7Brew where I also had a birthday reward with an exp date of 4/17. Guess what, I was able to use it because it does not expire until midnight on the date given.
You are out of strikes HTea0 which stinks because I really liked your tea!

Incorrect order
If two of the same type of tea are added, but adjustments are made to one (ie: heavy ice or second flavor), it automatically applies those adjustments to the other tea.
Rewards never work
This app is terrible. The rewards never work and how hard would it be to automatically choose the correct store according to your location. You have the permissions so wtf. Then the store hasn’t figured out how to refund on their end and the app won’t either.
Change of coupons
Ever since the app changed it has been extremely difficult to get into my account or to get a hold of anyone to help me get into my account and not only that but I’ve had to make a new account and then the moment that I finally got a new account they switched the rewards around. I am an employee at HTeaO, and I personally feel the change of the rewards was ridiculous because I get a free cup of tea every day. I don’t need a free cup of tea coupon free add-on is just ridiculous. No one‘s gonna use that or want that and not it don’t leave that but the only thing that’s helpful is the free gallon but I’d much rather a free coffee because I have to pay out-of-pocket for that when I work and personally, I like coffee more than I do like tea and then taking away that coupon has been hinder to customers and employees. And also they took away the options on the rewards so now it has to be one thing and one thing on like you don’t get to choose what you want anymore they took away the options and they said that it made it more stressful and people had to decide and it was too hard. No, they just wanna save my personality and honestly having more choices made you feel less prettier to have to use it for one thing now I just feel annoyed and like I don’t even wanna earn points cause what’s the point

Buyer beware!! If you pay cash it automatically gets rounded up !
My cash total was $7.03 I had exact cash for the cashier then she says oh it’s $7.05 not $7.03. I found out the computer program they use automatically rounds up the total to the next amount.
What a rip off! If I pay the exact cash that I am told from cashier then the total should be that amount and it shouldn't’ rounded up after she tells me the amount of my purchase

Doesn’t work at all
I downloaded it a year ago and have kept it more out of just curiosity if it would ever update correctly and nope. Apparently HTeaO does not exist anywhere per their own app. I go to a location maybe 5 miles from me and it doesn’t show at all. Actually I can’t even get it to show locations in Texas. Nice concept but literally nothing useful to it beyond seeing your points.

Issues
This app continues to have bug issues. Continuously signs me out. I also can not scan a receipt to add my points. Have tried for several days and nothing. Also issues adding a gift card to the app.
Needs fixes
Apple log in will not work when you get a new device.
