Dopo ultimo aggiornamento è peggiorato, ogni due per tre la app quando la apri si chiude su iPhone 15 promax, piena di bug, molto lenta, la usiamo per lavorare in hotel, ma se si chiude ogni volta e una palla. Sistemare dopo ultimo aggiornamento, unica cosa buona nei controlli che ora seleziono tutto e chiudo, ma anche li ce un bug che non me li segna tutti e devo rifare piano per piano, e avendo 9 piani ci si perde tempo.

App piena di bug, su mobile non è possibile applicare nessun filtro ai guasti rinviati e quelli applicabili ai guasti in corso sono poco utili, su pc per poter gestire un minimo è necessario esportare su excell che non essendo pensato appositamente ha i suoi limiti, sarebbe carino integrare un ia nell’applicazione stessa sia su mobile che su pc per raggruppare in categorie, filtrare e gestire i guasti, inoltre sarebbe efficace rendere i guasti modificabili magari correggendo errori di ortografia automaticamente con l’ia e dividendoli automaticamente in categorie, cose che è già possibile fare su excell ma che complicano non poco la gestione dell’operatore rendendola poco intuitiva e macchinosa

Glitchy
App is glitchy it needs a update for newer phones like iPhone 17 as it kicks me out of the app every time and the app is hard to understand with the pictures and wording.

Ive been using it for a few weeks now as I work with IHG and I’ve been having problems. The main problem is it doesn’t show all pictures and their meaning. Also when using it, it will disable itself and disappear from screen whilst using it. Other than that. Great!

No se puede limpiar hab con la app
Buena app para ver quejas de los clientes pero en iPhone, a la hora de trabajar en hoteles y querer limpiar las habitaciones, no se puede.
