Does not connect to my iPhone X. Does not even show up in my Bluetooth connections. The instructions are only for androids even though it claims iOS is possible to use with.
Really annoying app
Having bought and paid for the headphones, I find I have to open an account to use them. This is an information gathering pest. I tried many many user names before I came up with one it would accept. Apparently “why do you need this” was already taken. I wonder why? Then I tried several passwords before I found one to meet their criteria. By this time, there was no way I was giving them my real email address. Sorry I ever bought these headphones. Lesson learned!

How do I change the EQ on my pulse escape
When I tap on my device it has no settings
I only wanted the battery level
It wouldn’t tell me what the charge on the headphone batteries was. To get to find out what the app could do I had to create an account. I don’t want to be an internet moaner but this app has wasted my time.
Ok App
I downloaded the app primarily to customize the sound in my Verve 800s. The equalizer doesn’t work and it doesn’t emit any test tones either. Not sure if this is a known issue?
