Verve ones
Does not connect to my iPhone X. Does not even show up in my Bluetooth connections. The instructions are only for androids even though it claims iOS is possible to use with.
Really annoying app
Having bought and paid for the headphones, I find I have to open an account to use them. This is an information gathering pest. I tried many many user names before I came up with one it would accept. Apparently “why do you need this” was already taken. I wonder why? Then I tried several passwords before I found one to meet their criteria. By this time, there was no way I was giving them my real email address. Sorry I ever bought these headphones. Lesson learned!

How do I change the EQ on my pulse escape
When I tap on my device it has no settings
I only wanted the battery level
It wouldn’t tell me what the charge on the headphone batteries was. To get to find out what the app could do I had to create an account. I don’t want to be an internet moaner but this app has wasted my time.
Ok App
I downloaded the app primarily to customize the sound in my Verve 800s. The equalizer doesn’t work and it doesn’t emit any test tones either. Not sure if this is a known issue?

I did install the app and the quality of this product is a lot lower then the earlier versions.
When you open the boom to use the device, it doesn’t say “phone one connected and phone two connected” it just says “connected “ so if I need phone two, there’s no way to pick that phone, it’s a crap shoot on which phone I’m going to get when I push the call button
I drive all day and need the ability to connect to the different phones. Go back to the original program where I can choose what phone to use.
Not impressed with the sound quality and the connection is not up to standard. Going to have to try to find another Bluetooth

Alexa crashes in iOS 13.1.
Alexa does not work in iOS 13.1. It crashes so there's no way to use it with Alexa.

No added functionality for verve ones
If you need to use an app to find your earbuds then this might work. Otherwise don’t bother, there is no added functionality. I downloaded this app to access eq... this will not do that ... or anything else for that matter. (Except use your gps to show the last place that you used the buds and drain your phone battery while tracking you)

Don’t bother. Does nothing for my verve ones. It just seems to be a personal information gathering tool (against you).

Mad disappointment for something named Motorola
Disappointing
For iPhone users, there is no option for Siri, interface is disappointing, no chance to chancge settings from app (e.g equaliser). The only thing is that you can locate your erarbuds (to be tested)

First thing is first my dudes. On an iPhone 6 the app crashes every 5 seconds. Haven't been able to connect my headphones.

Not impressed
Just got these the other day, it keeps telling me to update. But when I did try it does nothing left them for the 90 mins and nothing. Try a few time and now it keeps telling me something gone wrong. Really getting fed up now. You think for the money they would work.

Syncs with my verve ones very nicely wish there was an option to create a custom eq setting definitely plan on buying another set
Motorola verve loop+
I just got these loop plus and when trying to connect them to this app they are not on the list provided to add device. How can I find my device if they aren’t on the list at all?
Left earbud never connect to the phone
VerveOnes left earbud is the side connecting to the phone, but it never connect successfully. The led on it keeps lightning up but not flashing while inside the case. Now I cannot use the set, even if the app keeps on telling me the left earbud is full charged.
