Works fine for me
Bought this sound monitor as a backup and it works great. Setup took a couple tries but no complaints at all, added it to network and everything works as expected.
Scale
I really wish the graph wasn’t backwards to track weight. The newest values should be on the right hand side like every other graph in the world. Also I lost 30 pounds from before & after having a baby and the line on the graph looks flat in the day, month and year views. It is such a cool idea to have the weight automatically update to an app but now I’m downloading new app to manually record weights from this scale just for a better graph.

Doesn’t work. Period.
It’s absolute poo. Doesn’t work doesn’t connect. You guys failed as a company. I would give it a 0 star and don’t try talkin to me talkin bout is there anything I could help you with FIX YOUR PRODUCT dum bichhh.
App not working
Can anyone help? Purchased both dream machine and scales but I am unable to log in at user page. Keep getting msg failed client area 424.
Does not scan
I installed this app and connected my scale. However, when i hit scan, the app closes itself.
Won’t let me sign in
I have the Hubble baby camera and I love it, so I bought the air purifier too because I saw that it also connects to an app as well. But the app won’t even let me sign in to it. The air purifier seems really nice, but I just got it today so hopefully it does good. Pretty upset about the app though.
Confused
I love the dream machine I have for my son as the night light and the projector function works amazingly.
However, the 2 way audio doesn’t work at all. The app keeps telling me that it fails to connect to audio and I cannot speak to my son through it either. I can’t seem to find any answers online so hoping for something here

Every time I scan to upload a result the app crashes and closes no use at all. Zero stars if I could
started bad, then update rendered non-functional
app was poor at best; worked occasionally to operate product in our baby's room. one day everything stopped working.... spent weeks exchanging emails with "support" and nothing ever worked... they didn't know why and were using me to test their attempts to fix the app not working. i will never, ever purchase a motorola licensed "smart" product again

Some extra features would be appreciated
The app is useful although lacking several potential features such as the possibility to set the timer in minutes and not just in hours for the Smart Humidifier. Would be great to see this addition in the near future please.
App will not connect
I was so excited when I got the humidifier for my baby’s nursery. For a while it connected just fine and I could control the humidifier from my fun but within a few weeks it stoped working and I cannot get the app to connect to the machine anymore. I have to turn the humidifier on and off at the machine and it will show the change on the app but I cannot do anything on the app.

Hi VickieWally, I am Oliver and here to assist! Does the humidifier show as offline in the app now? If so, you would need to reset it and then set it up again: Press and hold the PAIR/RESET button on the bottom of the Device until you hear a beep. Wait for a minute for the Device to restart. When the Device LED is flashing, this indicates that it is in setup mode. Now restart the setup from your smartphone again. I bought the smart sensors for windows and doors and the app doesn’t even have them listed to connect but in the app description it says that it does. Stupid and useless app DO NOT PURCHASE THEYRE PRODUCTS WASTE OF MONEY

Dream machine app doesn’t work
Downloaded app and set it up. But it constantly shows now connecting symbol and I can’t do nothing. I read one of the other reviews and it seems that someone else has the same issue. Please help!

APP WON’T CONNECT WITH AUDIO DEVICE
Bought a baby monitor that uses audio and my husband and I cannot use it because the app won’t connect us. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!
Good support for issues
Was stuck in a firmware upgrade loop. Figured out eventually the issue was because my router broadcasts 2.4ghz and 5ghz on the same SSID. I later configured the app on an old 2.4ghz limited android phone and was able to connect to the audio monitor. Oliver from support was very helpful.
Smart scale app isnt smart!
App has lots of bugs and needs improvement.. Deleting measurement from the list crashes the app..
brilliant if it worked
I got this primarily for the audio notification alerts . I wanted something that would send a text/notification to my phone if it detected a baby crying. I’m worried that I might miss a baby crying over their white noise machine on our other purchased baby monitor. It works great on my husbands android, was able to receive timely (and loud!) notifications....my iphone 10, is a no go. I tried everything to get the push notifications, which is the reason I bought the monitor! so that’s disappointing. I haven’t used it for the audio monitoring so I cannot speak for that portion, that does appear to work as intended though. Had some connection issues- but that’s due to my homes internet connection.

Gutted
Baby and me scales work great but the app is such a let down, everytime I press scan the app closes? I’ve just ordered the dream machine I’m praying this works as it’s an essential so I can get on with the house work and listen in to sleeping baby!
