3rd grade app
I usually don’t write app reviews but am compelled to this time. I am using this app since over a year and haven’t found even a single feature useful. Schools are forced to share updates by WhatsApp. Can’t share daily assignments. Not a single feature is of any use. Ridiculous app. Whoever is behind this, please do proper study before developing an app.

Not an app but a web app
Such a large institution can’t even invest in developing a simple app. It is a shame that they can’t use a third party app and have to use a web app masked as an app
Pathetic app
This is absolute garbage of an app. This is more surprising that a school like VIBGYOR is using and pushing this app to parents. The app is literally of no use as most of the things never works and the design/user experience is so flawed an broken. Please hire a better tech partner to develop your apps.

Unacceptable App with Major Security and Data Integrity Issues
This app is completely unacceptable and a serious failure on the part of Vibgyor School. It is shocking that an institution of this reputation would release such a poorly designed and dangerously flawed application to parents.
The most alarming issue is the complete lack of data privacy. I was able to see other students’ information while logged into my child’s account. This is not a minor bug—this is a major breach of confidentiality and raises serious concerns about how student data is being handled and protected. Such negligence is simply inexcusable.
On top of that, the information related to my own child has been consistently incorrect. Her grade was displayed wrongly, and even after repeated complaints, the issue was not resolved properly. At one point, there were duplicate entries of my child across different grades, which clearly shows a lack of basic data integrity and system control.
What is even more frustrating is the response from the school. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the issue was “fixed,” only to later be informed that the correction would reflect in the app after a month. This kind of response is completely unprofessional and reflects a lack of accountability and urgency.
It is evident that this app was launched without proper testing, quality checks, or any consideration for user experience. Parents are expected to rely on this platform to track their child’s progress, yet it fails at the most basic level.
Vibgyor School needs to treat this as a critical issue, not a minor inconvenience. Immediate action, proper accountability, and a complete overhaul of the system are required. Until then, this app remains unreliable, insecure, and unfit for use.

Test the app first
This app is not fully tested. Keeps logging off frequently after the screen is locked or when we switch to other screens and come back. Very annoying

This is the worst school app ever. The app doesn’t often work on iPhone and is very buggy with almost no feature.

One of the worst app ever for any school. I just wonder how a premium school like Vibgyor opted for this and how they are getting backlash from parents. Seriously! It doesn’t even have basic features like homework assignments or ticket raising features.

Getting logged out everyday ! Child’s profile disappeared automatically! Updates are challenging to find… overall this is not what parents expect pr deserve after paying such high fees to schools !!
Buggy, unstable
This application should not be consider for app release due to its numerous bugs. It should undergo rigorous testing by professional testers before its release on the app store. Notably, it is displaying a null exception, a fundamental issue that should be identified during testing.
