Otp entered but not able to move forward
I’m facing a frustrating issue with this app. After entering the OTP, I’m unable to proceed further—it just doesn’t move forward or respond. I’ve tried multiple times, but the problem persists every time. This is blocking me from completing even basic actions.
Please look into this issue urgently and fix the OTP verification flow. A smoother and more reliable experience is expected.

Not able to login user stuck at opt screen
As a user after request opt and enter opt user unable to proceed. The keyboard not getting close and so I am unable to see the button to proceed.
Crucial for safety of kids. App doesn’t work for iPhone
Since it is the main app to track all the activities, management should give extreme focus to it. It is playing with KIDS safety. If not fixed, matter needs to be raised to government Child protection department.
App is not compatible with iOS
I installed the app on iPhone 14 Pro iOS 26.3.1.
I’ve not been able to proceed with login. The UI doesn’t even allow me to proceed after entering the OTP.
Please fix this basic workflow. No point in having the app if the basic functionality doesn’t work.

Unable to update OTP
Not supporting to iPhone please check and fix the issue. After updating OTP unable to continue
