Horrific.
I wish I read the reviews before I purchased the baby camera. I have so many issues daily with the app, I thought maybe if I purchased the premium the issues would go away. Thankfully I looked at reviews first and can see everyone has the same issues, even after paying extra for the subscription. The actual camera and parent monitor work well. But the app is so bad, camera is always disconnected. It only records for 30 seconds and only stores the last 24 hours. But you can’t search the early morning videos in the late morning, it just jumps to the night before. You’ve got to wait till the next day. My Tapo house cameras store for over a month, record all movement and can watch on multiple devices - cost a quarter of the price and don’t push subscriptions on you. Considering using one of those in the room and just using the Oricom with the parent monitor. So frustrated with the app glitching constantly.

Unreliable
Numerous times now app has failed to notify me when baby is crying!! I have to regularly open camera up to check. Can’t use phone for other apps while monitoring. I will have to get another monitor. Waste of money
Disappointing
We have this app used through an oricom camera and though we love our camera, we are disappointed with the app required to run it. The app either gives you a million notifications, or not enough. I was somewhat satisfied and could manage the notifications until I opened my app after putting my baby to bed to see that the camera is not usable as the entire app is “down for maintenance”. There was no email, no in app message, no notification at all to notify us we cannot view or use the camera. This scheduled maintenance has occurred right at bedtime, at 7.30pm our local time. DO NOT PAY FOR PREMIUM
This app is horrible and riddled with bugs. We can’t get it working on one of the family devices, an iPhone 16 pro at all. After a month of chatting with HubbleClub for Partners support they’ve stopped replying and seems they have left us hanging with no hope of solutions. We will be returning the camera and feel robbed of the subscription you have to pay for to access features all other cameras offer for free. This is a definite avoid at all costs.
If the support department see’s this I’d love a response to my emails that have gone unanswered for a month now.

When it works it is ok
Need to check on my child, close and reopen app for camera to work. 5 minutes later. Yep repeat that process. Buy a premium priced camera and monitor, open app “do you want to spend more money?”. No! It’s ok I’ll keep annoying you with buy premium advertising. Wish I never purchased an Oricom device.

Silly
Works well then all of a sudden won’t let you connect to camera.
Never works, always says offline.
Doesn’t pair well with the phones and rarely actually shows the baby. We’ve reached out so many times and I heard such good reviews in our case unfortunately it’s been terrible, it constantly beeps and just says offline. Won’t work re pairing & we’ve never had the farmers work at the same time as the app.

Removed access
After 2.5 years it has now removed access for one mobile phone and demands a paid subscription to continue viewing the camera. Frustrating as we now have a newborn and would ideally like the ability to view on both mobile devices. Do not buy this system.
Camera Always Offline
The camera is always offline in the app even though it’s working perfectly through the base monitor. Contacted developers and they were of no help. We’ve had the monitor for 2 years and there has been no improvement to the app in that time.

Please do not buy this. You can get a ring camera and have all the same options on a free plan. After spending $1000 on the cameras and all the options you can buy in store along with this camera. To actually utilise the stupid thing you have to pay per mint or yearly for. A subscription. If you are using this app to watch the baby you need to pay $80 for the year or $130 for the year just to use other apps on your phone and have a mini screen to monitor your baby. If you don’t have the plan for that which is PREMIUM by the way and you answer a text let’s say and then go back to the app to see your baby. It takes forever to reload or it just won’t reload in. Updates don’t fix this and it’s a re-accruing issue others complain about. Just buy a ring camera or somthing you don’t need to pay so much more money for weekly. To use it. Poor quality app
App is terrible, so slow, hardly connects to my phone can hear sound but no camera. Takes too long to load when wanting to check camera on app. Ankle monitor comes off over night no notifications
Worst App
Streaming cuts out all the time whether I’m on wifi or 4G. If I move from one place in the house to another, it cuts out. I leave the phone in one place, it still cuts out. It’s terrible and annoying.

Terrible
It always been terrible but out of the rip off baby cam software it was the best one we had used. The bar was not high. However now you have to log into the app every time you open it up, which if you are a parents will be 1 million times a day. Super convenient particularly in the middle of the night.

Sends push notification ads
Will send you a notification at 5am that’s just an ad. I have to set this app to push through my do not disturb because I need to know if something is happening with my baby. But the app developers are greedy and use this as an opportunity to push ad notifications for upgrading to premium at ridiculous hours of the night. I had to email multiple times to ask for it turned off (because it cannot be done in the app) and they just come back. I also have never been able to turn the camera to privacy mode (off) using the app - fails every time

500Mbit NBN connection to the premises and the app works 1% of the time
Horrendous. I can have like 96% wifi signal but this app will still hang, throw up a connection error or forever load. I think it has maybe worked 1 time out of 100 attempts and refreshes - app is for the bin.
Terrible Baby Monitor
DO NOT BUY ANY MONITOR that require this app! It is the most unreliable, always down, always offline never connects app I’ve ever used in my life! I’ve just gone and bought another one because it’s so unsafe to be relying on this to check on your baby
