But I paid several hundred Euros for books specifically to practice the drums professionally - this is the group that this content is targeted at.
The drumset is an instrument that in most cases obviously cannot be played at home (where there would be wifi available). Instead I have to drive to a separate, rented room in a corporate building to play my drums. There is bad cellular connection an no wifi available. This means that most of the time I cannot use the books I purchased. I understand that I cannot download the audio- and video-files, but the sheetmusic books, in 2025? I do not understand this.

Thank you for the feedback. You are correct that the latest version of the book reader does require an active internet connection to access and view books. This change was made to take advantage of enhanced features for books and within the app. It's also worth noting that even prior versions of the app required an active internet connection to access audio and video within the books, so this is not a complete change within the apps.

I think it’s a good idea to have them catalogued online, but the execution of the service provided feels like I just spent $40 and cannot get the benefit of what I thought I was paying for. Maybe ChatGPT can help?

Landscape mode
My gripe is the new UI does not have a landscape mode. If you have device with a large screen you are fine but if you have a device with a smaller screen you are constantly zooming in and out or scrolling to get to areas out of view.

Thanks for the feedback. We did limit the iPhone version to portrait view only, as we felt pages were too small to be useful in landscape, 2-up display on those sized screens. The iPad version does support landscape display.
