Doesn’t Work W/ Hue Bridge Pro
I upgraded to the new Hue Bridge Pro and now the app can’t find the new bridge despite being on the same network and also tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still can’t find the new bridge. Paid for the Pro version of this app and now it’s useless because it appears it hasn’t been updated to support the latest Hue Bridge model. Not good enough! Avoid!

I paid for it but after 2 days I regret. The lighs it’s to bright even after reduce it. The sync sometimes don’t make sense too.

This app dosnt work even though the hue bridge is connected and local access is enabled or can’t find the bridge no matter what i do so this 4 bucks was a waste

IP Address Issue
I really like this app Philips Hue Music, but this app is having trouble trying to find a Philips Hue Bridge right now. When I tried to find a Bridge in that app, a message appeared saying no Bridge found. It should have allowed me to enter a new IP address manually. I think that app still has an old IP address. Other apps, requiring a Bridge, on my iPad, don’t have any problems. Can you pls help me?

Brightened up my room this Xmas
Lovely app! I linked it to a Hue light strip which is threaded around my living room.
It was very easy to set up, the free version works great, while the customisation on the paid for version adds useful options.

Won’t find either bridge.
This app won’t connect to either of my bridges. It been given access to my network. Other apps I can pair fine, even within minutes of this app failing. I have hit retry way more times than should have been necessary.

If the setup/configuration of your bridge changed you can reconnect the app to your bridge from the settings of the app. You can contact me through the app if you have any questions.
Unwanted
This popped up whilst in the middle of trying to set up my Philips sync box so I purchased it thinking I needed it to complete setup which in the end was not the case.

Works well but now my homepods and iPhone cannot control my lights!! Probably have to delete them all and start over which is very time consuming…will probably not use again.
