The app is an awesome platform. But it is way too many adds in a tv show or a movie. And when you watch a tv show you already watched it skips the end.

it’s good until it randomly says hulu isn’t available in my region even tho i literally live in america, it’s annoying having to delete the app and relogin the troubleshoot page doesn’t help me because i don’t use wifi i use my cellular data without a vpn so their advice doesn’t help
Selfish Company
More commercials and ads than any app I use. The only streaming service to put a 90 second ad right before the last 90 seconds of the show. More ads than Netflix, more ads than HBO, more ads than Prime. Eww.
Issues starting up
Recently the new update does not start every time I try to launch it. I have to close it out and try again before it starts. There is an issue with the latest update… Its not working well, especially since we pay for a subscriptions. Makes you want to try YoutubeTV

I would give Hulu a better rating if they would learn to limit one ad per show or movie instead of 7 ads that are the exact same in one episode every three minutes that you watch something it’s stupid

I’m very close to canceling my Hulu subscription because this issue has made the service nearly unusable.
After almost every commercial break, the show resumes with no audio. It plays silently for about 10 seconds, then abruptly reloads and starts that same silent segment over again. The only way to restore the sound is to exit Hulu entirely and hope sound returns.
Unfortunately, reopening the app forces another round of commercials, which immediately leads to the same problem: commercials, no sound, 10 seconds of playback, reload, repeat. It becomes an endless loop that makes watching anything impossible.
Eventually, I give up and switch to another streaming service because Hulu is the only app that behaves this way. A streaming platform shouldn’t require constant troubleshooting just to watch a show. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be canceling my subscription.

Como es posible que tengan películas y series de años de estar y no son capaces de ponerlas en español latino ? Ósea no cabe en ningún lado poner películas o series en solo un idioma cuando ya está la traducción da estres osea hasta en Youtube se consiguen las mismas cosas y en español latino no se vale lo que hacen

Worse than FREE streaming apps.
Sorry to vent, but I’ve been using several of the free streaming apps daily for the last few months with relatively few problems. I mean, they are free…. But I PAY for Hulu. Tried to watch History of the World 2 just now. Couldn’t get through a single episode without the app locking up, then I restarted and it pixelated to unwatchable after first commercial break. 10 minutes later the screen went black but it did have sound and subtitles. Restarted for about 10 seconds and got “we are having trouble playing this title, try restarting the app”. This is after the latest app update to fix playback issues. IOS is current. Signal is good. This is completely unacceptable. Literally every other streaming app, paid and free (I have many) have been working better than this piece of garbage app. FIX THIS already. You should be embarrassed. C’mon man! Just Ridiculous and very sad.

Downloads disappear every day
I keep downloading episodes & the next day they will all disappear from my app or be expired. They are supposed to last 30 days. Going on a camping trip in a few weeks & have zero faith that my downloads will be there when I need them. I left a similar review over a year ago & this issue still persists.

TOO MUCH ADVERTISING NEED TO WATCH
Ads are popping up every 2-5 minutes for 2 minutes and it kills me, I just want to watch an episode for 15 minutes but it ends up being +10 minutes, need ads once an episode not 3 times.
Please fix these features!
Hulu. What's going on? Why are you the hardest streaming app to deal with? I'll start with minor inconveniences. If I'm watching a show, I can't skip the intro theme of each episode without scrubbing through. The pause/play/skip 10s buttons are only on the bottom left of the screen, not the center, and the buttons are tiny. An incredibly solvable inconvenience that exists for a reason I can't think of.
And then probably the worst feature, why is it that when I'm watching a series with many episodes left, the "up next" does not show the next episodes in said series, but the first episode from a bunch of different shows that i'm not watching? What could anyone possibly want that for?
I try to skip past an episode of Love Island I've already seen, then suddenly my phone is playing Rick and Morty. Please fix that. It's insane that that feature exists. Also, when this does happen, the app lags out and then restarts. Especially if you try to change an episode while watching picture-in-picture. It's genuinely impossible to navigate this app sometimes.

Shows are good but you need to buy another subscription after you buy a Hulu subscription to get rid of ads and download movies.

Hardly ever works
Love shows Hulu has on it but across my phone my MacBook any my TVs Hulu’s hardly ever loads, it’ll either crash out multiple times before deciding to work or I have ti sit on a black screen for more than 10 minutes for it to sometimes load. Would love to watch more shows on here but Hulu doesn’t work more times than does work
