Wrong orders and 3 hours for delivery is normal!
Ordered on this app three times and twice it was either wrong order. Food had run out or delivery took three hours. Since the worst app for food delivery because you have to pay advance for food that doesn’t exist, customers beware.

Poor handling of payment
I purchased a cinema ticket through this app, but the app crashed while processing the payment. The amount was still deducted from my Telebirr wallet, yet no ticket was issued. I contacted customer support several times and was assured a refund, but after almost a week nothing has been returned. Very poor handling of a basic payment issue and disappointing customer support.

Password Reset Doesn’t Work
I tried to reset my password but i simply just can’t. The button just shows the loading indicator for a second and goes back to the normal state. The app is good i guess if that works. But I can’t test it out because of the reason I mentioned earlier
