Great job
I canโt imagine creating a platform for a country that doesnโt have a structurally perfect address indication. โฆ but Deliver Addis did it!! Iโm impressed of their dedication and try to satisfy the customer's necessities!! I see a bright future for this company. I wish you all the best, Deliver Addis!!

Dodgy practices and deceptive distance tracking
I had a highly disappointing experience today. After ordering and paying via the app (and sending the voucher as requested), I received two confirmations that my order was being prepared. Shortly after, I received a call claiming my location was 9+ km away, despite the app clearly stating it was only 6.1 km.
The team then pressured me to pay the driver extra cashโan unspecified amountโoutside of the appโs payment system. When I refused and asked for a refund, I was told it was impossible because "finance officials aren't available on a Saturday." To make matters worse, I was promised a manager's callback that never happened. Holding a customer's money hostage while refusing service due to their own appโs technical discrepancies feels incredibly dodgy. Proceed with caution.

Clueless business
I ordered food from a local restaurant and I immediately got a call from the delivery service asking me to pay before the delivery. This is not custom another delivery services. When I refuse to pay beforehand, they hang up and canceled my order. They then send me a text message saying that itโs company policy for first time order. Why would you cancel my order before explaining how this is a company policy? They donโt know how to run a business. Very very rude!! order
