Great Co but
The App - It cannot be deleted from an IPhone once it’s installed. It looks uninstalled but it’s sucking your data sitting in your system & hidden data.

Avoid this company, after paying a fee they completely ignore you. I’m just waiting for them to attempt to recharge my credit card and immediately dispute it.
BEWARE - Seems VERY shady!
When I first was thinking of joining the responded to my messages within 24 hours every time. I finally joined and after paying my subscription there was more to pay in background checks. I decided at this point I did not want to go any further since I am getting out of ride sharing all together Uber/Lyft. Now that I want to cancel my subscription they have gone silent. They will not return my messages and now after three attempts to ask them how to cancel my subscription I am at a lost. They will not cancel my subscription. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I’ve been driving professionally for several years and have never associated with a better company than HUM. I won’t drive for anyone else ever again!!

Suport ignores subscription cancellation request
The business model is great, but it seems like they make their money by ignoring those who need to cancel their subscription. Be very careful about providing payment information to hum. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months and support does not answer my emails, which by the way is the only way to get a hold of them.

The worst driver App
Not worth it to do it. Big lie by the platform paying them but you need to do all the work by stealing clients from uber or lift to run their business.

Complete waste of time trying to sign up as driver. I uploaded everything within 10 minutes. After a week of no updates i deleted the app.
Rough start
So I have been an uber driver for going on 10 years. I saw a report about Hum and was eager to support them and their vision of what ride share could be.
I tried to sign up glitches doing so. I finally submitted all the required photos and documentation. It’s been over a week and nothing has been reviewed or approved.
I know new start ups can have issues. I reached out to them and after a short back and forth email verifying certain details I was told to hurry up and wait.
I will update this review as I get more information but for now it seems support and follow through is an issue.

A complete waste of time! And your money!
I signed up and you have to pay a high dollar membership fee to be a part of this app. They charge that to the driver. The driver does not get 100% of the fair as claimed. After five days of having the app on ALL day. I got one ride! Before I clicked on it, it said I would get around $18 and some change. It was a 12 minute pick up. I had to wait three minutes for them to get in. and about 15 minutes to drop off the customer. 30 minutes of work. And they only gave me $13.60. What happened to the rest? It said that they charged the customer $15.71. Then they took a $.57 fee. then, their app says that they charge the DRIVER tax! On that ride and every ride. And you still have to pay income tax on every ride! So now your tax twice? As a driver? What a joke! It went from being around $18 for the ride down to $13.60? No thanks! never again… Do not get lost in the fog of the fine print. just another rip off rideshare app. A wolf in sheep’s clothing… I predict this company will get sued.

Scam
I’ve been trying to close my account for over 3 months but no one calls you back. The app stays in a pending status. I keep getting charged. This is ridiculous. Waiting for a fraud claim with my bank.
Not backed with enough capital
Buggy app, terrible integration for payment, no marketing and no riders. Their strategy to get riders is to have drivers for Lyft/Uber try to convert passengers to hum after picking them up. Don’t waste your time and money.
No customer service
Customer service is absent. I met others with Hum at a coffee shop, but I have never received support for my account after in-person contact, two voice messages, and two emails. I have since stopped trying.
Liars
Your paying them and making less then you do with Uber. Got to love the lies.
Beta testing
The app is a little clunky as with all beta testing apps, but the options and the versatility of this app is beyond anything I’ve ever done for any of the other gig apps with a few modifications. This one will be perfect.
Responding
Him is one of the most horrible ride share companies to get back in contact with potential and future drivers for their platform in general now if I actually get a response I’ll change this review I already paid the $29.99 to drive for them and I’ve made absolutely zero money with them it won’t even give me the option to drive in the in app so until I get this fixed this review will stay up alright get your guy’s stuff straight ok
