Hum Excellent
Hum I was able to track my daughter car and diagnostic is fantastic . Also able to get detours when I needed.
It detected several problems that the car in several occasion.
It is sad that service will be cancelled at the end Dec 2025.
I hope Hum will stay.

I’ve had hum for years and appreciated the peace of mind with vehicle and location information as well as emergency help. Very sad to see this service go away.
Sad it’s good away
I have really enjoyed the hum app allows. Me know when there’s something wrong with my car and I’m able to call for help if I need it. I hate that they’re going Away with the app
HUM is a great app
I just found out that Verizon is replacing the hum which plugs directly into your onboard computer with a phone app many of the features on the phone app are built-in features that are included with many iOS‘s and android OS‘s very disappointed that Verizon would discontinue such a wonderful device like the HUM.
I use it to track my miles, MPG and oil changes. It tracks the car location to. It also lets me know what my check engine light means if it comes on very nice feature. It saved me from having a rundown battery several times.

One of the best things I’ve ever had for my vehicle such a shame Verizon is doing away with HUM

I like you very much , but sad because You will interrupt your services on December 31, I wish I have a way to keep the service

Hum being discontinued at the end of the year is very sad. We will miss it.
Been using hum for 10 years now, It has been such an asset whether it’s telling me how much gas in the car or how to find the car in a big parking lot, the list goes on not to mention My Wife can see where I am. I can see where she is And when we’re not in the car, it’s good to be able to find the car, not to mention if anybody ever restored the car it would be nice to see that happening or to give the police the GPS information that’s on it as it’s happening. We will miss it

I love my hum !
I use this for everything concerning my car. I love the fact that when there’s any kind of problem I am notified. I use it to check my mileage for my job, it sends me a report monthly to look back on a lot of information I can use . I was so sorry to hear you would not be around for 2026. I would love it if you changed your mind.

I’m sad to hear you’re going away, I really like how you helped me take care of my cars over the years. I will definitely miss the locator. I’ve had to help my wife with directions by phone!

Works pretty good wish I would’ve stayed longer than I went out of business and left me with a device I can’t use have to purchasing should’ve been compatible with something else.

Verizon informed me the service will discontinue on 12-31-2025. Such a great service to lose.
Great tool
Very helpful I love keeping track of my kids car, love, knowing where the rent love the update on a mechanical part of my car. Hate to see. It stopped in January.
