Server doesn’t work
I’ve had this app for over a year. I don’t use it every day, but for the past few days I’ve repeatedly been unable to connect. The app keeps telling me there’s no internet connection, even though my internet is working fine and every other app on my phone connects without any issues.
It’s frustrating, especially for a paid service. I’ve enjoyed using the app when it works, but reliability is important. If this continues, I’ll have to look for an alternative that’s more dependable. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

Will not connect to sever
Got the app, and within 2 weeks of paying for the subscription it’s crashed and will not connect to the server at all!
Used to Live this App
It seems every update more capability is removed and more hugs are added. I cannot even open it anymore. Even with a removal and reinstall on my device. I guess it’s its time to find a better option.

Latest up date is causing my app to get “failure to connect to server”. Rendering my paid app useless.
It’s Apps like this that pull stunts like this that make people reluctant to invest into any app. My guess is that y’all have not paid your web provider & have lost access to the server…. The messages we all are receiving is revealing your lack of service to keep up with your own responsibilities.
No one has connection to this app because this app isn’t connected to a domain. The developer shouldn’t be allowed to continuously get new users if this issue isn’t resolved. 06-11-2026

Pay to play is a loser model
Honestly just make it accessible. Don’t take information and then demand the user pay. You’re already leeching information.
Terrible app & CS response
I downloaded this app and it’s not intuitive to use, it’s missing useful information, and it gets profiles wrong. Also, doesn’t show birth chart information once entered, doesn’t allow for editing if information was incorrectly entered.
Sent two different messages to the email address (listed as the way to contact them in the bad reviews), but I have yet to get as response.

The app is not working, I’ve being using for a while now it has stopped
Why free download
Literally no point in a free download if you can’t open anything after putting all your information in 🙄 you have a better chance of just going online and getting an abundant amount of information. I rather have some free things that make me want to buy rather than downloading an app putting all your info in just to see that you can’t open literally anything.

Totally Disappointed
I paid for a full year subscription and now the app won’t open!!! it keeps giving me an error message saying I don’t have Internet or that my Internet activity is unstable. However, I have Internet. I’m able to get on the Internet and I have no issues with my Internet in my home.
PLEASE FIX THE APP OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!

app stopped working
I’m a subscriber and I wasn’t able to use the app for months. I can't pass beyond the loading working screen, followed by ‘no internet connection’ which is not true 🤷🏼♀️
Stopped working
I used to love this app, but now every time I try to go in and use it there’s always a network error. I’m still being charged though which is crazy. I don’t want to cancel but if this app no longer works I will have no choice but to do so.
Terrible scam
App stopped working after first use. I found I was charged for three months and then another renewal - all on the same day I signed up for this app. A total of almost $70 illegally— for an app that won’t work. After reading other reviews others have had same issues being constantly charged and not able to use the app.
I thought I researched enough to know this app was recommended. You can’t even contact them through their own help form which crashes. I had to email them. What a scam.

Bug/issues/no response
Reported an ongoing issue with the app and have yet to hear from support. Error messages coming through saying it can’t connect to server and connection is unstable. Unable to access any of my data. App is great when it’s working but that hasn’t been the case for over 3 months. Hoping for a remedy soon.

Save yourself the hassle
Download this thinking it would be good the moment you complete the first steps you can’t do anything and I mean you can’t do nothing else unless you subscribe. For a reoccurring subscription. I’ll be deleting the app after I finish writing this review. Save yourself the hassle of having it at all and DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

SCAM
Why did I chose an option of 3 first days of free trial and then 7.49 $ per each next week and YET I was IMMEDIATELY charged not only 7.49 but extra 9.99$?! What is that supposed to mean?? I demand to be refunded.
