Problems when Viewing or Deleting Downloads
The Humax Aura mobile app has a critical UI rendering bug on the 'Downloads' section.
When viewing downloads, the app locks the screen into portrait mode and ignores the mobile device's system auto-rotate settings. Because it fails to scale, the 'three dots' options menu renders inside an dead zone at the edge of the screen, making it completely unresponsive to touch gestures.
Furthermore, playing a downloaded file forces it into a small portrait preview window. The user is forced to manually tap the hidden 'square frame' HUD icon to trigger full screen, which shouldn't be necessary on a modern video playback app. Please update the app's framework to properly respect native iOS and Android display scaling and rotation sensors.

Hopeless
App will allow me to set recordings but they only ever then show as a grey dotted R and never ever actually record. Humax used to be the best there is…..no longer!
Does not recognise my Aura-EZ box
I cannot connect to my Aura-EZ box as it does not recognise it.

I bought a new humax aura box and I downloaded the app on phone. It doesn’t connect even though it’s paired with phone! Doesn’t work! Useless app
